After due consideration of your recently submitted plans, the Committee Approved the Architectural Review, Site Plan Review and Sign Permit for one double-faced, free-standing illuminated sign. After due consideration of your recently submitted plans, the Committee Conditionally Approved the Architectural Review, Site Plan Review and Sign Permit for two non-illuminated wall signs. The conditions of approval affect only the proposed sign on the east wall adjacent to the existing Udder Place mural; the conditions require that the background color be a soft blue or white, and that the lettering for smoke salmon be blue with black shadow. If you have not already done so, the next step in the process of development is to contact the Building Department, Third Floor, 531 K Street, Eureka, California, for construction permits as necessary.
