PCD 8-19 (1) Resolution No authorizing amendment by $300,000 for a new total of $650,000 to a professional services agreement, contract #26137, with Reid Middleton, Inc. to provide building plan review services. (2) Resolution No authorizing a new agreement with Reid Middleton, Inc. not to exceed $250,000 for field review services on the construction site of Lincoln Square and other major projects. (i) Ordinance No regarding Bellevue City Code Title 23, Construction Codes; adopting amendments to the Uniform Building Code, 1997 Edition, to allow an increase in height, number of stories and area for wood framed buildings above the allowances provided in the Uniform Building Code; adding a new section to the Building code Chapter of the Bellevue City Code. (j) Motion to approve Bid No for construction of pedestrian access improvements on the south side of Main Street from the main Botanical Garden entrance to 124 th Avenue NE in the Wilburton Neighborhood in the amount of $83,370 to Dennis R. Craig Construction, Inc. as low bidder. (CIP Plan Nos. NEP-1 and PW-W/B-56) (k) Ordinance No regarding the Transportation Improvement Program; adopting the Transportation Facilities Plan and amending the Impact Fee Project list and the Impact Fee Schedule. (Discussed at July 30 Study Session) (l) Resolution No authorizing approval of two purchase and sale agreements with Hintz and McLain, respectively, for the sale of two parcels of real PCD 8-23 TRAN 8-28 TRAN 8-34 TRAN 8-44
4 property acquired by the City for the Newport Way Project, enabling construction of Newport Way 129 th Avenue SE to Somerset Boulevard, and executing all documents necessary to effectuate the sale of said properties. (m) Ordinance No amending Ordinance 3935 extending the existing Zone 3 Residential Permit Parking Zone (RPZ) at residents request to include 109 th Avenue SE, between SE 11 th Street and 110 th Avenue SE with No Parking 7am-4pm, Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, Except by Zone 3 Permit restrictions. (CIP Plan No. PW-M-7) TRAN 8-50 (Discussed with Council on July 9) (n) Ordinance No authorizing execution of a grant agreement (and supplements if necessary) with the Washington State Department of Transportation, Office of Local Programs (WSDOT) to accept federal Hazard Elimination Safety Program (HES) funds in the amount of $300,000; amending the CIP Plan and the project budget for the NE 20 th Street 140 th Avenue NE to 148 th Avenue NE project, CIP Plan No PW-4-132; and amending the project description/scope to include implementation of the preferred accident reduction alternative. (o) Ordinance No providing for interim on-street vehicle parking along both sides of 110 th Avenue NE in the Downtown area until December 31, 2005; and amending Section 2 of Ordinance No TRAN 8-55 TRAN 8-61 (Discussed with Council on July 9) (p) Motion to award Bid No for installation of a sanitary sewer main along 123 rd Avenue SE and replacement of defective sewer line at NE 8 th Place and 130 th Avenue NE in the amount of $139, to West Coast Construction Co. as low bidder.
