7 HSBC Premier eligibility You are able to exclusively access the HSBC Premier benefits if you have: A minimum of $500,000 in loans*; or A minimum of $200,000 in savings and investments^; or A combination of loans*, savings and investments^ totalling a minimum of AUD500,000 with HSBC Bank Australia Limited; and An HSBC Premier Cash Management Account which you must maintain. Variation We may reduce or increase any interest rate or reference interest rates from time to time win accordance with the Terms and Conditions applicable to our relevant products and services. We (or the relevant provider or issuer of the relevant products or services) may vary the features and the Terms and Conditions of our relevant products and services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions applicable to them. From time to time, we may: a) change the eligibility criteria of HSBC Premier; b) change any of the HSBC Premier preferential pricing, features or benefits referred to in these Terms and Conditions or this brochure; c) introduce new HSBC Premier preferential pricing, features or benefits which will be subject to these Terms and Conditions (including any variation of them); d) change or introduce new HSBC Premier fees and charges; and e) change any of these Terms and Conditions. All these changes can be made without your consent. We will give you 30 days prior written notice of any of these changes. We may notify you of the introduction or change of a government charge payable directly or indirectly by you by advertisement in the national or local media or in writing. We will not need to do so if the government advertises the change. When benefits cease, and termination of the HSBC Premier Agreement Subject to statutory and regulatory obligations, your eligibility to be an HSBC Premier customer and all preferential pricing and associated benefits will immediately cease to apply and the HSBC Premier Agreement will terminate if: You fail to pay the HSBC Premier monthly service fees; or We inform you that you are no longer eligible; or You are otherwise in default under this Premier Agreement; or We no longer continue to offer HSBC Premier; or We are required to terminate HSBC Premier by law, regulation, or policy. We have the right to amend or withdraw HSBC Premier benefits and preferred pricing at any time. We may also cancel the HSBC Premier Agreement at any time by giving you 30 days prior written notice. You may cancel the HSBC Premier Agreement at any time by giving us at least 30 days prior written notice.

HSBC reserves the right to charge a monthly fee for the HSBC Premier service. We may vary the monthly service fee for HSBC Premier from time to time. Funds will only be provided in countries where HSBC is located and where you present adequate identification (such as your Passport, HSBC Premier World MasterCard or HSBC Premier Visa Debit Card). You can request advance information about any fees, charges and interest that may apply. Tiered discounts apply, loan amount of AUD 500,000 - AUD 749,000 receive 0.75% discount p.a., loan amount of AUD 750,000 - AUD 1,499,000 receive 0.80% discount p.a., loan amount of AUD 1,500,000 or greater receive 0.85% discount p.a.
