7 Class venues This year, all classes will be held in the very center of Paris, between the 9th and 10th quarter. For an interactive version of the map, click here. For the Salon André at the YMCA, the hardwood floor is slippery, think about bringing the adequate pair of dance shoes. 7

8 Check in You ll be able to check yourself in during the friday night party, from 8.30pm to 11pm. The ckeck in will also be possible on saturday morning, from 10am to 11am, at the Paradis Gymnasium. Careful : there won t be any check in after 11am on saturday : level 1 students who can t be there on friday night must come to the gymnasium Paradis on saturday morning before 11am. Auditions Auditions will be on saturday morning, from 10 am to 11am. There is no audition for Level 1 students. Auditions are mandatory for everyone else! You ll get your wristband, that will allow you to access to the classes. Don t forget your audition ticket. Important : If you don t come to the auditions, you won t be able to get your wristband and won t be able to get into the classes. 15 Competitions During the festival, you ll be able to participate in 3 competitions: Jack n Jill Strictly 30s showcase Registration Registration can be done online via the form here. Payment (5 euros per person for JnJ, 5 euros per person for strictly, no fees for the Showcase) will be done at the friday night party, cash only (please plan to have the exact amount). Important : if you pre registered online, you ll have until 9.30pm to come pay for your competitions. After that time, we ll accept registration from other people, and you might not be able to keep your spot! Planning Thanks for getting together next to the stage, 10 minutes before each competition, so we can stay on schedule. 16 Transportation Metro All venues are accessible by metro. To know more about the closing hours, check out the Parties section, or the official Parisian metro website. Velib There is also the biking solution : in Paris you can rent bikes for a day or a week! You can borrow them and drop them off at many different stations around the city. It s cheap and very convenient : ) Check out how it works here! You ll need to use a credit card with a chip. Taxi We recommend to use the private company UBER, less expensive and nicer than the regular taxis. You ll need to download the app on your smartphone.
