1 TROFEO NEVE 2016 General terms for hotel bookings Period: ( to ) or February ( to ), depending on the hotel chosen. Hotel bookings need to be made through the APT Val di Fassa booking office no later than 10 January Your reservation will guarantee that you receive all of the discounts and benefits reserved for trofeo participants. Prices and services: The weekly prices listed below are per person in a double room with half board. Supplements and discounts: All of the hotels have the same terms, which are listed on the hotel descriptions. Room tax: to be paid directly at the hotel upon check out. Daily fee: 0.70 for 1 and 2* hotels, 1.00 for 3* hotels, 1.30 for 4* hotels. Children 14 years and under do not pay. Booking procedure: DEPOSIT: 30% of the total room fee is due when confirming the booking with APT Val di Fassa. BALANCE: to be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. Any extra items are to be paid to the hotel. PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS: The deposit will be lost from 10 January onwards. All of the booking requests must be made by 10 January 2016 to: Important: before making a definite booking, we recommend that you contact the booking office to ensure availability of the hotel(s) of your choice. The attached Hotel Booking Form must accompany your selection of one of the hotels recommended by the booking office. The booking will be considered decisively confirmed upon receipt of the deposit which is equivalent to 30% of the total room fee. Payment of the deposit must include the booking reference number (supplied by the booking office). The bank account details for the deposit will be communicated on the Booking Form that the booking office will provide. Upon receipt of the deposit in our bank, APT Val di Fassa will send you a voucher that you will need to show at the time of your arrival in the hotel. This voucher will list the amount of the deposit and the balance to be paid directly to the hotel. Any extra items are to be paid to the hotel. NB: The organisation retains the right to suggest a different hotel should the chosen hotel no longer have availability.
