2 2 DePuy Synthes Austrian Knee Symposium 2015 Welcome to Vienna! Dear colleagues! Welcome to our knee symposium! Usually sports medicine congresses and endoprosthetic meetings are held seperately. We combine both aspects. To discuss sports medicine relevant topics as well as endoprosthetic issues, we invited an international faculty of sport orthopaedic surgeons, traumatologists and orthopaedic surgeons with expertise in arthroplasty and revision surgery. We would like to give the participants the opportunity to discuss all different aspects of knee surgery within these two days. One of the highlights will be a live surgery of the newly designed knee prosthesis Attune. The scientific faculty of four European countries will offer the audience most valuable discussions and share different approaches of knee surgery. I am delighted to invite you to participate in this special symposium taking place in the orthopaedic hospital of Speising, Martin Dominkus Prim.
