3 I. Aim of the NOF Instructional Course and open International Forum; This forum is designed to highlight the current controversies in specific arthroscopic areas. Each session starts with a concise keynote lecture, summarizing a systemic review and personal perspective in the subject. This is followed by case presentations led by a local Expert Moderator and then concluded with a panel discussion where faculties and participants will engage in a stimulating and interactive discussion. II. Aim of the Evidence based Arthroscopy Course; To provide an international and national evidence base for indications, risks, techniques, and highlight current consensus and controversies in arthroscopic surgery. Each participant is required to bring minimum two own cases in any arthroscopic area presentable on power point 10 minutes each for open discussion. These should be sent to the course administrator at latest May 1, III. Aim of the Consensus Symposium; To introduce a consensus approach and novel way of evaluating production and quality of arthroscopic day case surgery in a new multidisciplinary centre, creating a model of day case surgery arthroscopic services in the university hospital sector.
