1 BACHELOR OF ARTS SOCIOLOGY DEGREE The Bachelor of Arts in Sociology is available on campus and online. On Campus Students who wish to pursue the degree on campus should contact Dr. Pelgy Vaz to discuss a schedule. Online Students who wish to pursue the degree online must: 1. Apply for admission to FHSU and be accepted (can apply online). 2. Have OFFICIAL transcripts of all college work sent to the Office of the Registrar, FHSU, 600 Park Street, Hays, KS in order to have a degree evaluation done. 3. Once admitted and a degree evaluation has been completed, he/she should contact Micki Armstrong [email protected] to discuss a schedule. FHSU requires students enroll themselves. After a schedule has been discussed with the appropriate advisor, students must go to Tiger Tracks/Tigerenroll and submit a class schedule and then forward it to the advisor for approval. All first time freshman are required to enroll in IDS 101 Freshman Seminar Because classes close quickly, pre-registration is very important.
