2 We are pleased to present the 2011 Santa Clara County Systems of Care HIV/AIDS Resource Directory. The directory was created to connect you or your patients/patients to needed services. Our hope is that this Directory will promote linkages between people in need and service providers, and assist in navigating our local Systems of Care for those living with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
