As News Editor, I managed a newsroom of a daily newspaper. This included assigning daily work and long-term, special projects, coaching employees, performing job evaluations, and handling employee situations on a daily basis. As a Board of Trustee member of the Olive Township-New Carlisle Public Library, I helped establish policies and set the annual budget of the library. As church treasurer, I was reponsible for developing the budget and overseeing the bookkeeping for the congregation. As a founding member and Vice President for Regional Outreach of the Utah Chapter of the American Marketing Association, I oversaw volunteers and delegated responsibilities while leading by example.
