Pam is a PR strategist and specializes in four core areas of reputation management consulting for small, middle-market, and large corporations. Hill Gilstrap Harris & Potthoff Consultants Arlington, Texas Director of Marketing and Community Relations Created new consulting division of HGHP, called HopeWorks, which served an emerging market of faith- and community-based land developers. Researched and developed community assessment reports, market and property analyses reports. Counseled pastors and community leaders on highest and best use of vacant property, and identified appropriate internal and external funding mechanisms to support projects. Mount Olive Baptist Church Ministries, Arlington, Texas Mount Olive Baptist Church is a prominent 10,000-member, historic congregation located in Arlington, Texas, that is the parent organization of three nonprofit organizations. Served in three capacities over the course of four years including: Program Director, Arlington New Beginnings, Inc.(ANB) ( ) Led award-winning program design and implementation for ANB s seniors housing development Used media controversy to reverse negative perception of affordable housing project.
