2 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Overview WHS Real Estate, LLC provides customers outstanding service designed to make the real estate transaction process as smooth as possible. We deliver white glove customer service in a broad range of real estate transactions including residential sales and leases, residential and commercial investments, and full service property management. Goals Our goal is to help experienced agents double their profit each year. For agents just starting out we aim for $1,000,000 in sales in their first year. WHS Real Estate provides team members with the one on one broker support, outstanding technology solutions, training, and an incentive based commission split plan designed to create a win-win situation for both the brokerage and our team members. Current Operations Currently WHS Real Estate is corporately headquartered in Springfield, Virginia just outside of Washington, DC. This location serves Virginia, DC, and Maryland in the greater capital region. The company also has teams in the following areas. 1. Las Vegas, NV 2. Florida Panhandle serving Navarre, Destin, Ft Walton Beach, and Panama City Beach 3. Colorado Springs and the greater Denver Metroplex 4. San Antonio 5. Austin The company predominately serves military relocation in these areas through a referral network of military members. WHS Real Estate continues to expand as team members move throughout the country. The company is always willing to consider opening new locations as partners needs change.

We specialize in creating flexible plans to allow agents to operate in the spaces they choose with a minimum amount of bureaucracy and overhead. Property Management Streamlined processes designed to minimize invested time in daily property management Electronic exchange of rents is provide by the brokerage and payments to landlord and team member is automated by our system. Team members can use our team of vetted professionals to repair and inspect their properties or they can use their own resources Recruiting WHS Real Estate offers recruiting incentives for team members that recruit great agents to the company Referring agents earn 5% of annual profits on directly recruited agents after a 1 year vesting period Training New team members can count on personalized training for each of its team members Our supervising broker has sold $10M in real estate in 4 states. He has managed teams of up to 105 people and can provide expertise in virtual management of a real estate business. We provide specialized training in Short Sales and Investor support. 5 FINANCIAL DETAILS WHS Real Estate s goal is to provide outstanding broker support while providing a creative and flexible commission plan. All the services previously listed are included in the following commission structure. New Team Member 80/20 Split $20 a month for $1M E&O coverage (Charged quarterly) $100 start up fee Technology start up First quarters Errors and Omissions insurance co-pay Experienced agents 2 years experience or $2 million in lifetime sales 80/20 Split with a $10,000 annual cap or $100 a month fee plus $299 per closed transaction $100 start up fee Assistants Licensed Same as new member Unlicensed No fees

6 INFRASTRUCTURE Shared and private office space opportunities are available. Desk fees are assessed based upon the customized needs of the team member. These opportunities start at $300 a month with a 12 month lease commitment. The office will include Office spaces sized for 2 people in a Class A building Secretary answering company phone line and forwarding calls to the appropriate team members Access to 12 person board room 1x a week with the option for more time as required Kitchen and hospitality area with coffee and refrigerator High Speed internet support Locations can be added as well as rooms as the company grows SUMMARY WHS Real Estate, LLC is designed to customize the solution required for our team members to perform at their maximum potential.
