1 INSTITUTE OF ART, DESIGN AND ENTERPRISE - UNIVERSITY REGULATION ON RE-ENTRY, COURSE CHANGE, TRANSFER AND SPECIAL ENTRY ARRANGEMENTS IN COURSES TAUGHT AT IADE-U Decree-law 196/2006, of 10 October, established the statutory conditions for the adoption of a Regulation laying down the rules on enrolment and/or registration in undergraduate degrees: a) Through re-entry, course change or transfer arrangements for those who have already been enrolled and registered in a Portuguese university course and establishment; b) Through course change or transfer arrangements suited to the students specific situation, for those already enrolled and registered in a foreign university in a course defined as a higher education course under the law of the country concerned, whether they have completed it or not. Ordinance 401/2007, of 5 April, adopted the Regulation on Course Change, Transfer and Re-Entry in Higher Education, which confers, under Article 10(1), the power to adopt a Regulation on course change, transfer and re-entry arrangements to the legal and statutorily competent body of each higher education establishment. Based on Decree-law 393-B/99, of 2 October, and the Regulation on Special University Admission Competition, adopted by Ordinance 854-A/99, of 4 October, amended by Ordinances 1081/2001, of 5 September, and 393/2002, of 12 April. In view of the provisions of Decree-law 64/2006, of 21 March, governing the exams designed to assess the ability to attend higher education of candidates over 23 years and the IADE-U Regulation thereof, homologated by Regulation 184/2006, of 26 September. Considering the provisions in Decree-law 88/2006, of 23 May, governing the technological specialization courses. In conformity with the terms above, the Scientific Committee having made its views known, the Establishment Team of IADE-U adopts this Regulation.

2 CHAPTER I Purpose and Scope ARTICLE 1 Purpose The purpose of this Regulation is to govern the access and admission in first cycle courses (undergraduate courses) of IADE-U through course change, transfer, re-entry and special admission arrangements. ARTICLE 2 Scope 1. The provisions in this Regulation shall apply to students from the following educational establishments: a) public higher education establishments; b) private higher education and cooperative establishments; c) Foreign higher education establishments in a course defined as a higher education course under the law of the country concerned. ARTICLE 3 Concepts For the purposes of this Regulation, the following shall be taken to mean: a) Same course, a course with the same name and leading to the same degree, or a course with a different name but in the same scientific area, with similar purposes, providing similar scientific training and leading to i) the same degree; ii) a different degree, where this is the outcome of a change or suitability between a study cycle leading to the undergraduate degree and a study cycle leading to an graduate degree, or between a study cycle leading to an undergraduate degree and an integrated study cycle leading to a Masters degree. b) Re-entry, where, following the interruption of studies in a particular course in a higher education establishment, students enrol in the same establishment and register in the same course or in a subsequent course thereof;

3 c) Course change, whereby students enrol in a course different to that in which they last registered, in the same or another higher education establishment, whether registration in a university course was interrupted or not; d) Transfer, whereby students enrol and register in the same course, but in a different higher education establishment different to the one in which they are or were registered, whether registration in a university course was interrupted or not. CHAPTER II Section I Course change, transfer and re-entry ARTICLE 4 General terms 1. Course change or transfer is available for: a) Students who are or have enrolled and registered in a higher education course in a Portuguese higher education establishment, and have not completed it; b) Students who are or have enrolled and registered in a foreign higher education establishment in a course defined as a higher education course under the law of the country concerned, whether they have completed it or not. 2. Re-entry is available for students who have enrolled or registered in IADE-U in the same course or a course preceding it. ARTICLE 5 Requirements for course change 1. Course change is available for students who meet one of the following requirements: a) have passed the subjects of a secondary education course set as specific subjects identical to those required for admission to the course to which they are applying, published every year; b) have sat the special exams or national exams of specific subjects required for admission to the course concerned, having obtained the minimum mark set by IADE-U;

4 c) prove that they hold a degree or are registered in higher education abroad in a course defined as a higher education course by the law of the country concerned, and have passed the subjects of a secondary education course that tally with those set as specific subjects for applying to the course in question. 2. The ranking criteria shall be published as public notice every year by the Scientific Committee. 3. The Executive President of the Establishment Committee of IADE-U may also, on receipt of a well-grounded request from the candidate, accept applications for course change of students who, despite not satisfying the requirements mentioned in the preceding paragraph, provide proof of training suitable to entry and progression in the course concerned. 4. In the case of the preceding paragraph, the request shall be accompanied by documents supporting the analysis of the application, and proof of the course units taken in a higher education course, or other relevant information for the curricular review, which shall be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office of IADE-U, within the deadlines fixed for the purpose. 5. Applications submitted after the deadline shall be rejected. 6. Where applicants are not aware of the decision on the application for admission submitted by the end of the time set for that purpose, it shall nevertheless submit its application to the desired course within the deadlines, otherwise it shall not be accepted. ARTICLE 6 Requirements for transfer 1. For the purpose of transfer, same course shall mean the courses with an identical name and leading to the same degree, or courses with different names but in the same scientific area, with similar purposes, providing similar scientific training and leading to: a) the same degree; b) a different degree, where this is the outcome of a change or suitability between a study cycle leading to the undergraduate degree and a study cycle leading to a graduate degree. 2. In the case of applicants from foreign higher education systems, the Scientific Committee of IADE-U shall monitor compliance with the preceding paragraph. 3. Applicants from foreign higher education shall also have to provide proof of training suitable to entry and progression in the course concerned.

5 4. The ranking criteria shall be published as public notice every year by the Scientific Committee. ARTICLE 7 Requirements for re-entry 1. To be eligible to apply to IADE-U through this arrangement, former students shall settle their financial obligations with the institution. 2. To determine in which course year candidates will be placed, the Course Director shall assess the students curriculum in view of the course study plan in force. ARTICLE 8 Restrictions Course change, transfer and re-entry arrangements shall not be available to those who already hold a course taught in a Portuguese higher education establishment. An exception is made for candidates admitted to higher education through special admission competitions referred to in Article 3 of Decree-law 393-B/99, of 2 October. Section II Special competitions ARTICLE 9 Special competitions Special access and admission competitions in higher education are designed for students who meet special qualification requirements, including those who have taken exams especially suited to assess the ability of candidates over 23 to attend higher education (Decree-law 64/2006) and holders of higher, intermediate and post-secondary education courses. Sub-Section I Exams especially suited to assess the ability of candidates over 23 to attend higher education ARTICLE 10

6 Scope 1. The Special University Admission Competition for candidates over 23 is available for those who will turn 23 until 31 December of the year preceding the competition. 2. These candidates shall have to prove the ability to access and be admitted to IADE-U course by taking special entry exams as provided by specific Regulation. ARTICLE 11 Courses eligible 1. Candidates who have passed in the exams can apply to the 1 st year courses at IADE-U. 2. Candidates who have taken exams in in other higher education establishments can also apply through this arrangement to a course at IADE-U. ARTICLE 12 Ranking lists Candidates shall be ranked according to the following successive criteria: a) final mark of exams especially suited to assess the ability of candidates over 23 to attend higher education, in decreasing order; b) in case of a tie, according to the best mark in the curricular assessment and interview. Sub-Section II Holders of high, intermediate and post-secondary education courses ARTICLE 13 Scope This competition is available for: a) holders of a high education course not leading to a degree, an undergraduate course, a graduate course or an integrated study cycle leading to the Master s degree; b) holders of a diploma of a technological specialization obtained pursuant to Decreelaw 88/2006, of 23 May. ARTICLE 14 Courses available 1. Candidates referred to in Article 13(a) can apply to any course.

7 2. In the case of candidates referred to in Article 13(b), the Scientific Committee shall determine, for each of its high education courses, which Technological Education Course grant them access. ARTICLE 15 Ranking 1. Candidates referred to in Article 13(a) shall be ranked according to the following successive criteria: a) final mark of the intermediate or high education course, rounded to the integers, in decreasing order; b) degree and diploma with priority given successively to the holders of an intermediate course, a higher education course not leading to a degree, an undergraduate course, a graduate course, or an integrated cycle of studies leading to the Master s degree; c) age, in decreasing order. 2. Candidates referred to in Article 13(b) shall be ranked according to the final mark obtained in the diploma of technological specialization; in case of a tie, the curricular vitae of candidates shall be assessed by the Course Director. 3. For the purpose of ranking, the following shall not be considered: marks obtained in Complementary Qualification Courses in Sciences and Education, in the Exercise of Other Educational Functions, in Specialized Higher Studies (CESE) and Post-Graduate Courses. 4. When ranking candidates holding courses bietápicos with a certificate attesting the completion of the undergraduate degree and a certificate of the completion of the graduate degree, the best final mark shall be considered. CHAPTER III Section I General provisions ARTICLE 16 Vacancies

8 1. The number of vacancies for candidates approved and their allocation to the various courses shall be determined by the Executive President of the Establishment Team of IADE-U, in compliance with the limits established by law in force and subject to public disclosure by posting a notice and making it available on the website ( 2. Re-entry shall not be subject to quantitative restrictions. 3. The vacancies defined in sub-paragraph 1 above that are not been filled under the course change or transfer arrangements may be used in another arrangement, according to the priorities established by the Executive President Presidente of the Establishment Team of IADE-U. 4. The vacancies left over from the general system of access that are not filled pursuant to Article 18(4) of Decree-law 64/2006, of 21 March, shall be added to the vacancies defined in sub-paragraph 1 above, in respect of the course change, transfer and re-entry arrangements, according to the priorities established by the Executive President Presidente of the Establishment Team of IADE-U. ARTICLE 17 Deadlines 1. The deadlines referred to in this Regulation shall be disclosed to the public in designated places. 2. Applications for course change, transfer and re-entry arrangements submitted outsider the deadlines shall be examined if they comply with the requirements set in this Regulation, if applicants are able to be integrated, and if there are vacancies available in the courses concerned. ARTICLE 18 Applications 1. The application consists in indicating the course in which the candidate wishes to enrol and register in IADE-U. 2. The candidate or proxy shall submit the application to the Academic Affairs Office within the prescribed period. 3. Applications shall be valid only for the academic year in which they are made. 4. The application process shall be accompanied by the documents required in the public notice. 5. An application fee is payable on submission of the application form, the amount of which is specified in the fee and tuition price list of IADE-U.

9 6. When applying, the applicant shall receive the original invoice of the payment of the application fee, which shall be required for all future contacts. 7. Omissions and/or errors in completing the Application Form shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate. 8. The original documents submitted by unsuccessful candidates (or who have withdrawn their applications) may be returned at the written request of the candidate, within 60 (sixty) days after the results are published, after which IADE-U shall not be responsible for the documents handed in. ARTICLE 19 Rejections 1. Applications in one of the conditions below shall be rejected, despite the fact that they meet the necessary requirements: a) if they have been rejected outsider the prescribed period ; b) if they are not accompanied by all the documents needed to complete the process; c) candidates wishing to change course and have not made proof of having taken the required entry exam, obtaining the minimum mark required (95 on a scale of 0 to 200); d) expressly violate some of the rules set by this Regulation. 2. Rejection is the sole responsibility of the Executive President of the Establishing Team of IADE-U. ARTICLE 20 Exclusion of the application 1. Candidates giving false statement shall be excluded from the application process at any given time, and shall not be eligible to enrol and/or register in that academic year. 2. Should such false statements referred to in the preceding paragraph be found after the enrolment and/or registration, the latter shall be considered null, as well as all acts thereof. 3. The decision to exclude the application process is the responsibility of the Management Committee. ARTICLE 21 Ranking of candidates 1. Description of quota/groups: Candidates shall be listed according to the quota assigned to each course, as shown below:

10 a) group 1 (G1) shall include all re-entries; b) group 2 (G2) shall include all course change candidates; c) group 3 (G3) shall include all transfer candidates; d) group 4 (G4) shall include all candidates to the special competition, holders of higher, intermediate and post-secondary education courses; e) group 5 (G5) shall include all candidates over 23 that have taken exams especially suited to assess their ability to attend higher education. 2. Ranking of candidates in Groups G2 and G3: Candidates shall be ranked, in each group, by successively applying the criteria below: a) Best weighted average grade as follows: i. arithmetic average of subjects taken in a secondary education course established as specific subjects identical to the ones required to access the course desired, or of the national exams of the specific subjects required to access the course desired (entry exams) -(50%); ii. final mark of a secondary education course (10/12 years) or equivalent -(50%). b) Largest number of subjects/course units taken during the course/school of origin (an annual course unit is considered to be equivalent to two semester course units); c) Best average of subjects /course units taken during the course /school of origin. 3. Ranking of candidates in Group G4: Candidates shall be ranked by successively applying the criteria below: a) Holders of a higher education course; b) Best grade in the course enabling them to enrol. Priority shall be given to IADE-U graduates. 4. Ranking of candidates in Group G5: Candidates shall be ranked in decreasing order of the final exam marks. ARTICLE 22 Placement 1. The placement of candidates in each course, in each arrangement, and depending on the vacancies available shall be made in decreasing order in respect of the list prepared according to the ranking criteria concerned. 2. Placement shall be valid only for enrolling and registering in the academic year for which the application is submitted.

11 ARTICLE 23 Tiebreaker Whenever two or more candidates in a tie situation, resulting from the application of the ranking criteria, compete for the last vacancy or the last set of vacancies in a course under a given arrangement, the Executive President of the Establishment Team of IADE-U shall decide on the tiebreaker and, if appropriate, admit all candidates in that situation even if this implies creating additional places. The final result is shown as follows: a) Placed; b) Not placed; c) Excluded. ARTICLE 24 Final results ARTICLE 25 Communication of the final decision 1. Final results of the competition are made public by posting them near the prescribed places and published on the website of IADE-U at 2. The decision to exclude from competition shall be well-grounded. ARTICLE 26 Complaints procedure 1. Candidates shall declare any duly reasoned complaints relating to the final result of the competition three business days after results are disclosed. 2. Complaints shall be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office of IADE-U. 3. The decisions on complaints fall on the Executive President of the Establishment Team of IADE-U, and shall be communicated to the claimant by post and within the prescribed period. 4. Students who have filed complaints according to such terms shall enrol and/or register within the prescribed period. ARTICLE 27 Enrolments and registrations

12 1. Candidates placed shall enrol and/or register in the Academic Affairs Office within the deadlines set for that purpose. 2. Candidates not placed who fail to enrol and/or register within the prescribed period referred to in the preceding paragraph lose their right to the place they have been given. In this case, the next eligible candidate on the list shall be called via or telephone, until the place is actually filled or there are no more candidates to the competition concerned. The Executive President of the Establishment Team of IADE-U may decide to call candidates not placed in other competitions/regimes, according to the priorities established. 3. Candidates not placed or whose application has been rejected, with a valid enrolment and/or registration in the immediately preceding academic year may, within no more than 7 (seven) days following the posting of the notice register, in the course and establishment where they had registered in the previous academic year. 4. Candidates with outstanding tuition fees who fail to prove that they have settled their debt by the final date for payment shall not be able to enrol and/or register, and in this case the placement shall be of no effect. ARTICLE 28 Curriculum integration 1. Students shall be subject to the programmes and organization of studies in force in IADE-U in the academic year concerned. 2. Integration is ensured through the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), based on the principle of mutual recognition of the value of training undertaken and the skills acquired. 3. Course Directors in IADE-U shall be responsible for the curriculum integration of students who have already passed course units of a higher education course, by crediting these course units, possibly by establishing a personal study plan. 4. Accreditation training and professional experience is subject to the rules in force in IADE-U and the applicable law. 5. At the request of the candidate, the analysis of curriculum integration as regards credits can be done before the application. 6. The candidate shall submit the request referred to in the preceding paragraph at least thirty business days before the start of the period for submitting applications, and is subject to the payment of fees.

Students not notified of the decision on the Accreditation referred to in paragraphs 5 and 6 by the end of the period prescribed for submitting the applications shall have to formalize the request within the set deadlines, otherwise it shall not be accepted. 8. Correspondences between the marks obtained according to the European scale of comparability (ECTS) to course units obtained in another Portuguese or foreign higher education establishment, for the course units of IADE-U, and the related conversion of marks to the Portuguese numerical scale (10 to 20) are assigned in accordance with the prescribed by the Scientific Committee. For this, the candidate shall give proof of the ECTS classification obtained in a course unit in the school of origin, and the respective percentile. Lacking this, the arrangement defined for the conversion of ECTS obtained in the school of origin and the national classification of IADE-U shall apply. 9. Accreditation for students who have already passed the course units of a higher education course shall be handed in within the stipulated periods, in a specific form and accompanied by the documents required. 10. Accreditation shall only be examined by the Scientific Committee in relation to course units whose successful completion and programme contents are proven by documents submitted by the candidates at the time of application (subjects/course units completed through Accreditation/equivalence shall not be credited). 11. After reviewing the accreditation of subjects/course units taken in another establishment and/or course, the student s registration is updated, as at the time of enrolment and/or registration students are registered in the 1 st year. The year in which students are then placed shall be proposed by the Scientific Committee, according to the accreditations given and transfer rules in force for each course. 12. The Scientific Committee shall decide after reviewing the accreditations, within thirty calendar days after they are registered. ARTICLE 29 Service Errors 1. Errors not directly or indirectly the fault of the candidate shall be rectified, even if it means creating an additional vacancy. 2. The rectification of an error can be triggered at the initiative of the candidate, as part of the complaint, or at the initiative of the Academic Affairs Office of IADE-U. 3. The rectification may take the form of placement, change in placement, reviewing the candidate s status as not placed or rejected, giving its reasons.

14 4. The changes made are notified to the candidate by registered letter with receipt of acknowledgement, with the reasons thereof. CHAPTER IV Final provisions ARTICLE 30 Omissions All uncertainties of interpretation and omissions shall be resolved by decision of the Executive President of the Establishment Team of IADE-U. ARTICLE 31 Entry into effect This Regulation enters into effect on the day following its homologated. Priority is given to IADE-U graduates. 1) The best mark out of the specific exam or the national exam shall be considered for each of the specific subjects required to access the course concerned. 2) If the candidate has taken the 10 th /11 th years or equivalent separately from the 12 th year, the final mark of secondary education shall be the arithmetic average of the final marks obtained in the 10 th /11 th years or equivalent and of the 12 th year. If the candidate entered higher education from the academic year 2004/2005 onwards, the final mark of secondary education shall be rounded to one decimal place. For the purposes of ranking, the best final mark of secondary education or equivalent presented by the candidate shall also be taken into consideration.

21 ANNEX VII PROCEDURES REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR ALL APPLICATIONS - Application form duly completed (specific form available in the Academic Affairs Office or online). - Photocopy of the identity card, citizen s card or passport, with the study visa or, if applicable, the certificate of temporary or permanent residence. - Photocopy of the taxpayer card (taxpayer number). - 1 Passport photo. - Power of attorney, where the application is not submitted by the student. SPECIFIC DOCUMENTS PER APPLICATION INTERNAL COURSE CHANGE (IADE-U STUDENTS) - Certificate of course units passed or résumé (can be requested when applying). EXTERNAL COURSE CHANGE - ENES Form (historical data on the application to access higher education) or, alternatively, an authenticated certificate of a secondary education course (12 years of schooling) or of the 10 th / 11 th years and 12 th year of school, listing the subjects taken, issued or translated in Portuguese or English. - Document proving the marks obtained in the specific exams or national exams of the specific subjects required to access the course to which the candidate is applying (only for students from Portuguese higher education establishments). - Authenticated certificate of the course units passed in a higher education course (Portuguese or foreign), indicating the course and institution of origin, listing the national marks obtained, whether in a semester or annual regime, credits and ECTS marks according to the European scale of comparability (e.g., A, B, C...). - Official document proving that the course of origin is recognised as a higher education course by the law of the country concerned (only for students from foreign higher education establishments).

22 TRANSFER - ENES Form (historical data on the application to access higher education) or, alternatively, an authenticated certificate of a secondary education course (12 years of schooling) or of the 10 th / 11 th years and 12 th year of school, listing the subjects taken, issued or translated in Portuguese or English. - Certificate proving the completion of national and/or entry exams required for the course to which the candidate is applying (Enes form), if applicable. - Authenticated certificate of the course units passed in a higher education course (Portuguese or foreign), indicating the course and institution of origin, listing the national marks obtained, whether in a semester or annual regime, credits and ECTS marks according to the European scale of comparability (e.g., A, B, C...). - Official document proving that the course of origin is recognised as a higher education course by the law of the country concerned (only for students from foreign higher education establishments). - In the case of students from foreign higher education systems, a curriculum vitae according to the European model, attesting compliance with the provisions in Article 6(3) of this Regulation. RE-ENTRY - Certificate of the subjects/course units passed or résumé (may be requested at the time of application). exams especially suited to assess the ability of candidates over 23 to attend higher education HOLDERS OF EXAMS SPECIALLY SUITED TO ASSESS THE ABILITY OF CANDIDATES OVER 23 TO ATTEND HIGHER EDUCATION - Certificate of successful completion of exams; - Certificate proving the marks obtained in the specific subjects required to access the course. HOLDERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION, INTERMEDIATE AND POST-SECONDARY COURSES Holders of intermediate courses - Certificate proving they have completed an intermediate course, and its final mark; - Certificate proving they have completed a secondary course, a complementary secondary education course or of the 10 th /11 th years of schooling.

23 Holders of a higher education course - Certificate proving they have completed a national higher education course, an equivalent national higher education course or a recognized foreign higher education course equivalent to a Portuguese degree, with final marks; - Authenticated certificate of the course units passed in a higher education course (Portuguese or foreign), indicating the course and institution of origin, listing the national marks obtained, whether in a semester or annual regime, credits and ECTS marks according to the European scale of comparability (e.g., A, B, C...). - Certificate of programme contents, indicating the credits and workload of course units taken in higher education, properly authenticated by the institution of origin. Holders of a post-secondary course - Document attesting ownership of technological specialization diploma; - Documents proving the conditions required in the appropriate protocol, if applicable. Important Notes: 1) Proof of qualifications used for the student s application, replacing the original documents, may be submitted as a notarized copy issued by the competent entities. 2) The Enes form (historical data on the application to access higher education) can be obtained at the higher education establishment where the candidate is registered (a) or at the Directorate General for Higher Education. 3) IADE-U students are not excused from submitting the documents required. 4) All documents handed in by students from foreign higher education establishments shall be authenticated by the competent education authorities of the issuing country; if they are not in Portuguese or in English, they shall have to be translated by a sworn translator, recognized by the diplomatic or Portuguese consulate in the country of origin. ANNEX VIII ACCREDITATION REQUESTS REQUIRED DOCUMENTS - Request for accreditation duly completed (specific form available in the Academic Affairs Office or online).

24 - Authenticated certificate of the course units passed in a higher education course (Portuguese or foreign), indicating the course and institution of origin, listing the national marks obtained, whether in a semester or annual regime, credits and ECTS marks according to the European scale of comparability (e.g., A, B, C...) (certificate obtained from the application). - Declaration of percentile per course unit passed, and the distribution of final marks of students passed in that course unit (in accordance with Article 22 of Decree-law 42/ February). - Certificate of programme contents, indicating the credits and workload of course units taken in higher education, properly authenticated by the institution of origin (if not handed in at the time of application). Important Notes: 1) Applications for accreditation in course units taken in other higher education establishments shall be submitted along with the necessary documents by 30 September ) Applications for accreditation in course units received after the period indicated above and no later than 30 December 2012, shall only be reviewed in January 2013, in a 2 nd phase. Results shall be disclosed in February ) Accreditation shall only be considered for course units whose completion and programme contents can be documented by students (no accreditation shall be given to course units completed through equivalence/accreditation). 4) Authenticated certificate of the course units passed in a higher education course (Portuguese or foreign), indicating the course and institution of origin, listing the national marks obtained, whether in a semester or annual regime, credits and ECTS marks according to the European scale of comparability (e.g., A, B, C...) and certificate obtained from the application and declaration of percentile per course unit passed, and the distribution of final marks of students passed in that course unit (in accordance with Article 22 of Decree-law 42/ February). The delivery of these documents is essential to determine the national classification for the accreditation obtained. In the absence of the percentile, the arrangement defined for the conversion of ECTS obtained in the school of origin and the national classification of IADE-U shall apply. In the absence of the ECTS classification and/or declaration of percentile, a mark of 10 (on a scale of 0 to 20) shall be given to the course units obtained by accreditation.

25 5) After reviewing the accreditation of subjects/course units taken in another establishment and/or course, the student s registration is updated, as at the time of enrolment and/or registration students are registered in the 1 st year. The year in which students are then placed shall be proposed by the Scientific Committee, according to the accreditations given and transfer rules in force for each course. 12. The Scientific Committee shall decide after reviewing the accreditations, by 4 November 2012, and updated the registration in this establishment, if necessary, by 11 November ) If credits are given to course units taken in other higher education establishments, students shall pay per course unit obtaining credit(s).
