Web: Mr/Mrs/Ms RE: ADMISSION BACHELOR DEGREE (NTA LEVEL 7) I am glad to inform you that your application for admission into BACHELOR DEGREE in at the Institute of Adult Education (IAE) in the academic year 2015/2016 is successful. This is a three-year programme composed of NTA LEVEL 7 and 8. It is offered in Dar es Salaam Campus. Please observe the following matters: 1.0 Registration Registration will be conducted concurrently with an orientation programme, and they will take place from 09 November 2015 to 13 th November 2015 at the Institute of Adult Education, in Dar es Salaam. 2.0 Fees Your registration into the programme will be associated with your payment of at least half (50%) of the annual tuition fee (see fee structure part A) plus all direct costs payable to IAE (see fee structure part B) which include fees for registration, identity cards, prospectus, examinations, National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) and Students Organization. For BACHELOR DEGREE NTA LEVEL 7 minimum fee to be paid will be 500,000/= (which is 50% of annual fee + Total Direct costs payable to IAE) You will not be registered into the programme before paying the required fees. Deadline for registration is 13 th Novemberer A late registration fee of Tshs 5,000/= per day for a maximum of 7 days shall be charged after the deadline. 3.0 Accommodation This programme is non-residential; therefore you will have to look for your own accommodation during the whole period of studies. The Institute, in collaboration with students organization leadership, is making arrangements to facilitate students in the conventional programmes to secure safe and convenient accommodation services. At your arrival, please, you may consult Student Organization leaders in regard to the accommodation information. 1

2 4.0 Academic Qualification Evidences and Identification Confirmation of your admission to the programme is subject to satisfactory verification of your academic qualifications. You are needed, therefore, to bring with you your original academic certificates used for your application (and their copies). It is a criminal offence to submit false certificates. If this is discovered during or after registration, you shall be dismissed immediately and bound to be prosecuted. You will also need to submit three copies of current colored passport size photographs with blue-sky background. 5.0 Reference Materials and Stationery Each enrolled student will have to meet stationery and books expenses at his/her own cost. 6.0 Postponement Postponement of studies to another academic year will be allowed only after you complete the registration. The fees paid will not be refunded in case one fails to continue with studies. 7.0 Confirmation Fill in the attached registration form and bring it with you during the registration.
