1 Overview This standard is about informing and facilitating organisational decision-making. It includes presenting information and advice to decision-makers, recording and communicating decisions made by the governance body and making sure the organisation s governance and decisions conform to legal, regulatory, organisational, environmental and ethical requirements. It is for administrators who inform and facilitate organisational decision-making as part of their role. CFABAI132 1
