2 Introduction Multimodal Transport Tech Ltd is a company, whose mission is to provide Transportation Logistic services and fleet management solutions to meet all Operational needs of individuals, corporate organizations and different businesses with Multimodal transportation solutions. We are a market-driven company focused on two core areas; Commercial Contract Hire plus Local Hire, where we offer transportation solutions in the business to business market, We currently offer timely, reliable, chauffeured vehicle services through our fleet of commercial passenger Cars,buses and SUVs.

3 Introduction Servicing our local vehicle hire market and airport market by providing a personalised meet and greet service for both the Indivividual and corporate Client. Our business also includes contract hire and logistics management for organisations particularly with the unbranded vehicles where contracts may range from one day to several years. The company has Been awarded a license to partake in the new Lagos taxi scheme and also a provisional license pending in Abuja under our BITYCABS brand and will use branded new vehicles, to ensure the comfort and reliability of the type of services to facilitate the travel of individuals and groups in and around the Lagos and FCT areas.

6 Our Fleet. We offer a wide range of Cars, Buses and SUV vehicles that are air-conditioned with capacities from 4 persons up to 30 people at a pick up. Our current Brands of vehicles are Toyota,KIA, Hyundai, Chevrolet and Mercedes but not limited to them based on demand. Our vehicles are air conditioned, immaculately clean. We intend to re- fleet the vehicles as they depreciate so as to ensure we offer our services as fresh as possible and also to move with the tide of emissions technology towards an healthier environment.

7 Our Fleet Currently, we have an arrangement with the following Vehicle Suppliers and have a General sales agreement in force that gives us un-restricted access to their service stations as well as a quick turnaround maintenance regime for all cars and buses brought to their centres. All cars are maintained according to the following manufacturers maintenance schedule. 9 Our Drivers Our drivers are uniformed, neat, well groomed, deodorised, trained and licensed. They will provide a great, friendly and courteous service to our customers, generally as our ambassadors, they portray the image of the company. The company drivers are fully trained to AA driver's requirement as well as certifications with the Federal Road Safety commission and Lagos Drivers Institute. We currently provide employment to 41 no's of people in a well-structured environment. All staff are enrolled in the National Health Insurance Scheme (N.H.I.S) under A Prepaid healthcare plan

Possible pitfalls are Traffic congestion, Delays due to accidents,car breakdown, Poor driving by our drivers, Customer Dissatisfaction, Fuel price hike etc all these we are prepared in strategic ways to mitigate. We shall invest in complaints whilst we are concerned about how best we can satisfy our customers needs. Alongside this, we intend to win our customers confidence by providing the best service ever, in the industry.

16 Safety & Security Our Vehicles are tracked 24/7 at our office locations and all traffic situations and security conditions are monitored and immediately transmitted to personnel on the field intermittently during their operations period. Regular refreshers course for drivers also where our alcohol and drug policy is effectively emphasised in retraining and educational lectures for our Drivers and operations Staff. Effective liaisons with FRSC and State transport agencies.

17 Environmental, Health and safety All cars are fully comprehensively insured and currently have experienced no major incidents apart from minor scrapes. Hence no HSE infringements but standards set are been monitored regularly We are currently monitoring all international practices and efforts in providing Green Transportation models and would Be willing to implement any model certified as being economically viable to our business now and in the future
