Today, Rosedale Livery is the largest operator of livery limousines in Canada, with a fleet of 70+ vehicles. 6 Safety & Technology The most important feature of our fleet must be our chauffeur. Douglas McCutcheon - Founder - Rosedale Livery Comprehensive chauffeur training; re-training; and skills upgrading courses and classes, are constant at Rosedale. Safety standards are consistently maintained. Well established rules and regulations are adhered to by all chauffeurs and company personnel at all times. Rosedale Livery owns and maintains all of its vehicles at its own company operated garage. Vehicle maintenance is timely and very rigid. In the past almost thirty years, the incidence of vehicle breakdown has been virtually non-existent. And our sedans travel approximately 125,000 km per year. Our ongoing safety record is reflected in the premiums that we pay for fleet insurance; quite possibly the lowest for our industry in Canada. Drive Cam: A small camera is mounted behind the rear view mirror which has a 180 degree view to the front of the car. Violent actions of the vehicle such as hard turns or heavy breaking will trigger the camera to record an incident. The record begins 10 seconds prior to the trigger, and lasts for 20 seconds, i.e. for 10 seconds following the trigger. The incident is then marked by the camera itself displaying a red light, which by our operating procedures the chauffeur must report to the office within 24 hours. This has become an invaluable tool for management to evaluate the chauffeur in actual working conditions. GPS: Each vehicle is equipped with a GPS transmitter which sends back to the dispatch office the vehicle location every 6 minutes. The GPS can be pinged by the office at any time, in real time. The advantages to our dispatch department are numerous, and the fact that our on time record has improved to a virtually flawless level, is partly due to this technology. The GPS also records certain aspects of chauffeur s driving behavior that are critical to safety and quality control, such as rates of speed, idling time, time off duty.

8 In 2007, Rosedale Livery began taking steps to minimize our environmental impact by enrolling in the Green Ride Global Sustainability Program. Since that time our business has undergone extensive operational changes. Included in this program is a dedication to an ISO compliant environmental management system. Designed and administered by our environmental specialists Green Ride Global, the program covers the measurement, management and reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from our fleet, and facilitates environmental improvements through a range of strategies including; driver behavior modification; the transition to low carbon fuels and vehicles; energy conservation; waste reduction; and other internal processes. Our latest commitment to environmental leadership is the addition to our fleet of Hybrid powered Sedans. The Hybrid L (L= a Six inch stretch of the rear compartment) Executive Sedan produces 50% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than traditional livery vehicles. The Hybrid L was designed to help meet the environmental challenges of today while continuing to ensure a comfortable and luxurious transportation experience. Rosedale Livery is the first company in Canada, and one of the first in North America, to put these vehicles into service, (December 2009). The Green Ride Global Sustainability Program ensures that everything we do; from the operation of our vehicles to the consumption of electricity; from the disposal of waste to the purchase of supplies; and from employee commute to business travel, is managed so as to minimize our potential environmental impact. We also hold ourselves environmentally accountable to each of our clients. We issue GHG emissions reports to our corporate clients showing the level of their Scope 3 supply chain emissions which can be attributed to their use of our vehicles over the course of a year. As well, we can report for specific meetings or conventions.

9 The Next Generation of Hybrid L Livery Sedan Bridging the gap between luxury transportation and fuel efficiency the Hybrid L is America s most fuel efficient, large size, luxury Hybrid vehicle. By extending the chassis and rear doors, as well as adding many luxury upgrades to the Fusion/Milan Hybrid, Royale Limousine Manufacture in conjunction with Ford Motor company has created the first Hybrid Electric Livery Vehicle (HELV). The Hybrid L offers nearly 95% of the rear leg and shoulder room of the industry standard Lincoln Town Car Executive L while producing more than two times the fuel economy. The regenerative braking system keeps the battery charged to handle city driving up to 75 kph as well as running the AC at idle adding to the actual overall fuel savings.
