Bridge Programs are agreements OCtech has in place with select four-year institutions that provide a direct and well-defined path for a student to be admitted to the four-year institution after taking coursework at OCtech. Effective April 30, 2014, Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College's Physical Therapist Assistant Program has been granted Candidate for Accreditation status by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (1111 North Fairfax Street, Alexandria, VA, 22314; phone: ; [email protected]). Candidate for Accreditation is a pre-accreditation status of affiliation with the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education that indicates that the program may matriculate students in technical/professional courses and that the program is progressing toward accreditation. Presidential Scholars Program Are you a recent high school graduate with a high GPA? Do you want to save thousands of dollars while still working toward your educational goals? For students interested in engineering or engineering technology, biomechanics, manufacturing, and other applied math and science areas, PLTW is an exciting portal into these industries. Students can start earning college credits as early as their freshman year in high school.
