3 Rotolining for single pieces and large-serial production Versatile and economical We coat with rotolining procedure. The fluoropolymer pellets are melting within the hollow part. The hollow part rotates around its axes to get a constant coating. This way we can coat every part in forms. This procedure is also suitable for single pieces with a complex geometric forms or large serial production. All process steps are computer controlled and logged. Your parts will be coated the best way. Documentation The lining process is logged permanently by our computer. On demand you'll get the log and measurement file about coating thickness and pore density. We are working with component parts until 1000mm. We can produce coatings up to 8mm. We also handle necessary preparatory and retouching work: Intensive cleaning and sandblasting of the parts before coating is program. By request after coating we make the final cutting.
