1 Patrick E. Kitchell Profile: I am an American living and working in Denmark since 1998 and in Copenhagen the last 10 yrs. I have worked with Dynamics CRM and web related solutions since I am the CRM Manager and Evangelist at Sitecore and currently responsible for the internal Dynamics CRM solution with multiple integrations including Sitecore s own award winning products. Personal: Born: 16. July 1970 Married with 2 children Living in Vanløse, Copenhagen. Professional Competencies: Solid Dynamics CRM experience with direct management of product development through agile scrum that includes both on shore and offshore teams. Solid understanding of Sitecore marketing tools, processes and possibilities and architect of current integrated lead pipeline used in Sitecore s global sales and marketing. A proven track record in a dynamic, intercultural, growing and demanding environment. Strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with a hands-on approach on problem solving and an ability to balance strategic thinking with execution. 1
2 Work experience: 2010 Present, Sitecore Corporation CRM Manager I have various roles in my current job including product creation, business process architecture and evangelist. I am mainly tasked with taking athe CRM deployment in 2010 and turning into a cornerstone business application primed with good data and strong business processes. I have the privilege of building and leading a team of 10 professional individuals located in the both Denmark and Ukraine whom are responsible for the all aspects of product ownership including; analysis, specifications, process building development, testing, service, maintenance, reporting and much more. My main responsibilities are: Strategy & Planning of short and long term goals for the CRM environment. Manage and optimize where possible the integration points in Sitecore systems. Business process architecture and optimization in all major functions that touch the CRM or surrounding system. Ensure that Sitecore s Dynamics CRM solution and our related/connected systems enhance business value including 3 rd party products. Gather, analyze, and define end user requirements through proper project documentation, mock ups and analysis. Own and drive the creation of long-term strategic goals for achieving and maintaining high data quality in conjunction with CRM users and other key 2
3 stakeholders. Drive a development team of 10 people to develop, implement, and maintain the CRM software. Evangelize by engaging with Sitecore Business units through helping to reach into their communities to understand how Sitecore software can integrate with Dynamics CRM. Consult with Sitecore Product Development to help mold and deliver the best use of product in Sitecore s CRM. Most value driven projects at Sitecore complete list located at: 1. Lead Process with Integrated marketing to sales pipelines: Architected with the CEO a lead waterfall process in CRM that integrated marketing and sales and gave a transparent overview of which marketing campaigns drove revenue in Sitecore. This global process created for Sitecore the ability to understand which marketing channels drove revenue and through this the sales pipeline. 2. Sitecore DMS(analytics) and CRM Integrations: Participated in driving an integration project that combined online conversions from the Sitecore CMS system and Sitecore DMS(analytics DB) into the CRM system. By binding together the online and off-line through imports to the sales process and through this data drove much needed KPIs. 3

In close cooperation with the project manager, I had the responsibility for the customization of the CRM solution.
