Construction Resources is an ISO9002 Quality Registered Firm and are working towards the UKAS Crown and Tick in both ISO9002 and ISO Computer problems and IT headaches were becoming a constant source of worry and concern. Our Staff were harassed due to this recurring problems and we were seeing a drop in employee productivity. Sometimes systems would crash and we would lose our data since we never had any sort of system backups or data recovery procedures in place. This drastically affected our day to day business operations as we continued to suffer downtime. Apart from the usual fire fighting, we also had to create and develop business solutions that could sustain our sales, administrations, tendering, finances and operations.
