Over the next five weeks yu will have the pprtunity t participate in a variety f activities t enhance yur understanding f the appraisal review prcess. Frm appraisal requirements set by USPAP, that effect the respnsibility f the appraiser, t underwriting guidelines set by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA, that will affect yur underwriting decisins. This curse will educate yu n where t find infrmatin resurces that can be used during yur review prcesses and make yu mre self-sufficient in yur rle as an appraisal reviewer. Yu will have the pprtunity t analyze a variety f appraisals and determine prperty eligibility. This curse is designed fr participants wh are invlved in the verseeing and reviewing f appraisal reprts and have a fundamental understanding f the review prcess. This wuld include mrtgage brkers, lan fficers, prcessrs, underwriters, quality cntrl staff, in-huse appraisers and anyne wh wants t better understand the appraisal prcess when making lan decisins.
