5 1) in General General BMZ purchasing specifications and their defined requirements for suppliers apply. 6 4) Loading equipments BMZ delivery-instructions have highest priority, if there are named on the order. There you can retain the required carrier and its identification. In case that there is no delivery address given on the order, please deliver to the order address. Please only use undamaged Euro Paletts or ones that are identical in construction. Measures: B x L x H = 800 x 1200 x 1800 mm The total weight of 700 kg per palett must not be exceeded. None of the delivered paletts should have overlapings Please see the labeling of the packaging pieces on attached sheet. 5) Necessary information on delivery papers BMZ order number BMZ article number Quantity delivered Delivery note number Suppliers name By disregard a handling charge of 100 will be raised. 6) Transport damages The supplier has to ensure that the goods arriving at BMZ are in proper condition. Damaged goods may be returned on charge of the supplier. BMZ indicates that not damaged products which are delivered with the same delivery may also be refused to accept. 7) Defects In case of damaged loading equipment, necessary repacking will be charged as follows: Stabilization of palettes Stabilization and repacking of palettes Re-Labeling of boxes/ palettes 30,- / Palett 50,- / Palett 50- unique + 5,00 / Label Seite 6 von 8

7 8) Identification on cartons Required is a white self-adhesive label 80 x 50 mm Labeled in Arial Black 14 The label looks as follows BMZ article number as bar code (code 39) with plain writing (a x has to be put in front ) BMZ description Quantity per packaging unit The label has to be put on the front side of each carton label Seite 7 von 8

8 Are the cartons are piled up at a palett, the labels can be seen from the outside Label Should you deliver goods, that come in rolls, just like wire or heat shrink tube, and there is no space for the standard label, we expect from you at least an identification of the basic information in the roll core, containing the following: BMZ article number Amount and unity per roll Should you deliver bulk goods in inner packages such as boxes, plastic bags or other containers, these packages have to be labeled as well.
