He has done numerous business researches in some of the leading catering businesses in the world, some of which are staff cafeterias in South Africa, America and Canada. His multitalented yet practical and strategic business acumen made possible the development of all our major accounts, new product lines and successful marketing drives. Mr. Koka was elected a Member of Parliament in 2010, to serve his passion in helping and developing Local people to create their own wealth and making their life better through creation of economic opportunities for them to tap into. Dr. Ponziano Mponzi (Ph.D) Director and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for Operations and overall responsibility in Acquisitions, Growth and Sustainability of the Business. Dr. Mponzi has a vast international exposure and a wealth of experience and very strong in Strategic Business Development & Restructuring, Value and Supply Chain Management, Remote Project Mobilization, Heading Finance and Auditing, Project Management and has 17 years experience at Executive Management levels. He has worked for various reputable and successful multinational companies, NGOs and Diplomatic Mission in Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa and United Kingdom. He is also a Certified Corporate Director by the Commonwealth in Good Governance since 2003 He is a visionary corporate entrepreneur with strong business acumen. 6 Mr. Roger Stringer Operations Director He will be directly responsible to Oversee Muhimbili Project Roger has over 30 years experience in catering services and the remote site life support industry. Have worked in the remote areas of Africa across the agriculture, mining and O&G sectors and led the food service operations in the war zones of the Middle East Roger has catered for as little as 100 students under the trees of Zululand, South Africa, and managed a team of 6,000 plus across 50 projects in the production of 7 million meals per month. He is a corporate entrepreneur that enjoys the challenges along with the risk. He knows with well calculated initiatives in any winning proposal one cannot fail in the implementation with strict controls and hands-on management. In AKO he is responsible for managing and coordinating all the activities of the projects while ensuring standards are met, sustained and wherever possible improved with effective and cost saving initiatives. Mr. Lameck Mussa (MBA ) Chief Finance Officer, responsible for strategic financial and information management systems, overseeing the overall financial aspects including IT. Mr. Lameck Mussa has over 12 years vast international exposure in financial and information systems management; including nine years in a senior management position. Prior to SF Group, he worked with Soft Tech Consultants, Tanga Cement, Tanzania Cigarettes and Oryx Oil Tanzania Limited. 7 Ms. Happiness E I Kategile LLB (Hons) - Head of Human Resources and Legal Is the Group Head of Legal, HR and Corporate Affairs for SF Group of Companies Limited, with an experience of more than 10 years in corporate administration and 7 years in legal Affairs, Ms. Kategile has varsity knowledge of on Corporate Governance and Legal Affairs, with diverse exposure of Germany, USA, Kenya and Tanzania, she has worked with STET International (T) Limited, Wellworth Group of Companies Limited and Songoyoka Company Limited AKO s Capabilities Continued.. 8 2.4. Environment, Health and Safety We have always maintained a strict health and safety policy as part of our business conduct. Our Kitchen Management is HACCP based, staff maintains full compliance with hygiene, health and safety and OSHA regulations. As we continue to provide an average of 75,000 meals per day, AKO has ever had one reported incident of food-born illness. Some of our Food Production units are certified and closely monitored by SGS Kenya. In addition to compliance with Health Authorities guidelines we conduct risk assessments to review all of our food handling, equipments, storage and preservation procedures. We further conduct periodic medical checkups for all our service staff; we disinfect and sanitize our raw food, kitchen and storage on corroboration with our customers and NOSA auditors AKO Catering Services Ltd Board of Directors, Management and staff believe in sustainable and safe environment. It has been our good practice to observe the land laws and environmental policies stipulated by our clients especially in all our contract area. 12 3.1. Mobile Containerised kitchen Facilities: 1. AKO has 3 modern mobile containerized world class Kitchen facilities, with capacity to cater for 500 meals, 1500 meals and 2500 meals respectively in one seating. 2. The kitchen facilities can be lifted and relocated to any other location on a 40ft trucks 3. The modular kitchen facility just request a plug in power and water supply. 4. We have two that use electricity for cooking and one that uses gas. They take time to make it taste, We take time to make it taste, look good 12 and SAFE!

AKO has 7 years experience on the housekeeping industry, currently cleaning over 3.7 million Square meters per month of accommodation and office facilities across the country. 2. We also specialize in Waste Management, with specialized equipments and trained staff. 3. Our Repairs and Maintenance Team are well trained to ensure that our clients facilities efficiently and optimally works with a keen focus on cost efficiency and Job Safety Analysis 4.
