1 Statement of Work This document details the work to be done by ipic Development Group, LLC for CayroArt.com (client) during the term of the agreement. Pricing and Delivery requirements contained herein are based on estimates previously provided by Consultant to Cayro Art. Pricing and Delivery schedules shall not be changed except by mutual agreement by both parties. Project Acceptance: Acceptance of each phase of the project shall be mutually agreed to by the parties as evidenced by s stating such agreement. The work will commence and be complete on a mutually agreed schedule. Said schedule may be attached to this agreement or agreed to in s between the parties. The following tasks will be completed by ipic Development Group, LLC in the order presented: Create Slide Show of Images for use on the CayroArt.com home page. Create new web pages for each of the prints sold by CayroArt.com (42 pages) Create a Contact Us page including a form for visitors to complete to request more information Update Biography Page Update Order Info Page Create Slide Show of Images Create a Flash based slide show of the images of the prints for sale by CayroArt.com. The slide show will be inserted into the home page of CayroArt.com and will include the following: All 42 images of the prints offered for sale by CayroArt.com Next and Previous navigation buttons for the slide show Link from each image to their respective ordering page Links to other pages in the web site This new home page will be updated to the latest W3C specifications (XHTML 1.0 Strict). In The new home page will be uploaded to the client s server and thoroughly tested. ipic will fix any problems found in testing by itself and client.

2 Pricing/Delivery for Create Slide Show: Work to perform the Services to complete this work item will not exceed $75.00 and will be completed three business days after acceptance of this agreement. Payment for Create Slide Show: Create New Individual Ordering pages for each painting Create a new Ordering Page for each of the 42 paintings offered for sale by CayroArt.com. Each page will include the following elements: Image of the painting Title of the painting Artist s comment Links to PayPal for each of the three sizes of print offered Print information Navigation links to the rest of the web site These new ordering pages will be updated to the latest W3C specifications (XHTML 1.0 Strict). In The new ordering pages will be uploaded to the client s server and thoroughly tested. ipic will fix any problems found in testing by itself and/or client. the client. Provide desired keywords for the META tags. Provide an Artist s Comment for each of the 42 paintings. Work closely with ipic to ensure satisfaction. Pricing/Delivery for New Ordering Pages: Work to perform the Services to complete this work item will not exceed $ and will be completed 10 business days after acceptance of this agreement.

3 Payment for New Ordering Pages: Payment for this work item shall be upon CayroArt.com s written acceptance of the Services for the web Create a Contact Us Form Create a Contact Us page, which includes a form visitors can fill out on-line. When submitted, the form will be ed to an address designated by the client. This form will include the following fields: Required Fields: Full Name Address Optional Fields: Address City, State, Zip Phone Comments A check box for each painting to indicate interest In addition, this page will also contain the client s mailing address, address, phone, and FAX numbers. This page will be created using the latest W3C specifications (XHTML 1.0 Strict). In addition, META tags will be added as necessary for Keywords, Description, Author, Copyright, and any others desired by client. The new Contact Us page will be uploaded to the client s server and thoroughly tested. ipic will fix any problems found in testing by itself and/or client. the client. Provide desired keywords for the META tags. Provide a valid address to send the submitted form to. Pricing/Delivery for Contact Us Page: Work to perform the Services to complete this work item will not exceed $25.00 and will be completed within 10 business days after acceptance of this agreement.

4 Payment for Contact Us Page: Payment for this work item shall be upon CayroArt.com s written acceptance of the Services for the web Update Biography Page Update the Biography page with all new links created by other changes to the web site. This new biography page will be updated to the latest W3C specifications (XHTML 1.0 Strict). In The new biography page will be uploaded to the client s server and thoroughly tested. ipic will fix any problems found in testing by itself and client. Pricing/Delivery for New Biography Page: Work to perform the Services to complete this work item will not exceed $20.00 and will be completed ten business days after acceptance of this agreement. Payment for New Biography Page: Update Order Info Page Update the Order Information page with new text indicating changes to the order process from changes to the rest of the web site, including the new Contact Us form. Update the page with all new links created by other changes to the web site. This new Order Info page will be updated to the latest W3C specifications (XHTML 1.0 Strict). In The new Order Info page will be uploaded to the client s server and thoroughly tested. ipic will fix any problems found in testing by itself and client.

5 Statement of Work Pricing/Delivery for New Order Info Page Work to perform the Services to complete this work item will not exceed $20.00 and will be completed ten business days after acceptance of this agreement. Payment for New Order Info Page: GUARANTEE All work performed under this agreement is satisfaction guaranteed. ipic Development Group, LLC will work with client to make any alterations required to satisfy the client s expectations at no additional charge to the stated price, regardless of the time necessary to do additional work. If the client cannot be satisfied, no charges will apply. Delivery of the work items is contingent on the client meeting their obligations under this agreement in a timely manner.
