It s free and websites with video are 53 times more likely to appear on the first page of organic Google search results than those without. Video accounts for OVER 50% of all Internet activity! 6. Mobile online marketing mobile app vs. mobile website (or both)? a % of all real estate traffic is from a mobile device; in some parts of the country it s as high as 40%. b. Out of the top 500 brokerages in the US, 69% have a mobile optimized website. Out of those, 21.5% also had a mobile app. c. Out of the entire top 500 brokerages in the US, 20% have a mobile app. 7. Lower your response time You are 5X more likely to qualify a lead in five minutes than if you wait an extra five minutes. The same goes for the time between 10 minutes and 30 minutes. a. Your own CRM Chances are, you ll be amazed at how many leads your company has in its back pocket. Examples include company newsletters, market trends, and neighborhoodspecific information.

That same 40% closed more deals and were more satisfied with their profession. ii. A lead needs an incubation program of at least 120 days. Patience is important when it comes to leads. Use your system to stay engaged throughout the entire real estate process.
