The installation package may be used only in connection with the Sonera Office Communications service and in the manner specified in the service agreement. It is absolutely forbidden to distribute the installation package outside the company. The illustrations in these instructions are from the Windows 7 operating system. If another Windows version is used, the installation windows may be different. Outlook 2013 installation package download 1. Open the browser and enter the following address: 2. Log in with the username and password provided to you for the use of the service. On the download page, select Outlook 2013 in the language of your choice (Finnish, English). Select a 32 or 64-bit version the same as your operating system. The installation program checks the type of your operating system; it does not allow you to install a wrong version. 3 3. When you have clicked the link of the appropriate installation media, save the file onto your own computer by selecting Save (Tallenna). Outlook 2013 installation 1. When Outlook s installation media has downloaded onto your computer, you can start the installation by selecting Open (Avaa) in the download window. Click the desired folder open and double-click the setup.exe installation file. 4 The unzip function shows the folder to which the installation package will be unzipped. Select Unzip (Pura). 2. When the unzip has been completed, go to the unzipped folder and start installation by clicking on the setup.exe file. 4/15 How to start using Sonera Enterprise in Outlook 2013

7 Outlook 2013 registration 1. Open the control panel on your workstation by selecting Start Control Panel (Käynnistä Ohjauspaneeli). Then select Programs and features (Ohjelmat ja toiminnot): 2. 10 Outlook 2013 and creating an Exchange account Follow the instructions below to create a Sonera Enterprise account in Outlook Open the control panel on your workstation by selecting Start Control Panel (Käynnistä Ohjauspaneeli). 12 3. In the Mail window (Posti), select Add (Lisää...). 4. Give a name to the new profile (for example, your own name), and press OK. 5. In the Add new account window (Lisää uusi tili), select account (Sähköpostitili) and enter the following information: Enter your name (Kirjoita nimesi): address (Sähköpostiosoite): Password (Salasana): Confirm password (Vahvista salasana): Your name Your address Enter the address you have received either from Sonera or from your company s administrator. Your password Enter the password you have received either from Sonera or from your company s administrator. 14 7. When the configuration has been successfully completed, you will see a message stating that the account has been created and is ready for use. Select Finish (Valmis). 8. Outlook now takes you back to the Mail window (Posti). Here you can set the new profile as your default Outlook profile by selecting Always use this profile (Käytä aina profiilia). Alternatively, you can select Prompt for a profile to be used (Valitse käytettävä profiili), in which case Outlook always asks which profile to use when the application is started. 15 9. Outlook will now start and ask you to log in for the first time. If you want Outlook to remember your password, you can put a dot at Remember me (Muista tunnistetietoni), and from then on your will open without prompting for a password.
