Pragatee Builders Limited M/S Concord Builders Limited was established in the year of 1967 and had been working in the field of Civil Engineering Construction. This organization was owned & operated by Mr. A. Latif (B.Sc. Civil Engr ) M/S Pragatee Builders Limited was established in the year 1972 and had been working in the various fields of Engineering Constriction. This organization was owned & operated by Mr. Mizanur Rahman (B.Sc. Civil Engr ) The above two firms merged into a single Organization in the name of- Concord Pragatee Consortium Ltd with the objective of making a border base and platform to fill up, as far as possible, the vacuums in the field of sophisticated Engineering Construction, and to assist the country to forge ahead with its ambitious gigantic development programmed taken up in recent years both with internal resources and external aid, grant and assistance and also to give a leader in augmenting our Country s development efforts to acceptable standard. This has been made effective with galaxy of highly specialized Professionals, Technical expertise associated with this company and their long experience in their fields. It is specially mentioned here that one of the Director of This Company is a sponsor Director of leading Bank of the Country, The National Bank Ltd. 5 Concord Pragatee Consortium Ltd (CPC) was formed in 1982 with the objective of making a broader base and platform to fill up, as far as possible, the vacuums in the field of sophisticated engineering constructions and to assist the country to forge ahead with it s ambitious gigantic development program. From its beginning CPC Limited has, over the years, achieved several accolades for successfully completing a wide range of multi- dollar Projects in the Construction Industry, in particular those related to Highways, Bridges, Buildings and Power Generation. With an excellent track record spanning more than 28(Twenty Eight) years, CPC which is managed by a group of hands-on professional directors with many years of proven experience at home and abroad, to-day owns and operates a handsome fleet of construction equipment for civil engineering Jobs.
