We offer Asset Management, Property Management, Facility Management and financial services through our Budapest (HUN) Headquarter and Zagreb (CRO) local office. We are aiming for potential investment possibility in sustainable projects. In Hungary we represent international investors and banks as being their exclusive asset management representatives, and in the SEE region we also focus on property and facility management together with our local strategic partners. 6 CLIENT REFERENCES In 2012 CE LAND won the international mandate for Austrian Volksbank s (VBRES) commercial property portfolio 4 office buildings and a commercial park, total value EUR 80 MIO- for asset and leasing management. Recently in April, 2014 a new assignment sqm A category office building became part of CE LAND s Asset management portfolio in a value of EUR 48 MIO. Between CE LAND managed EUR 370 MIO total value worth of assets for Unicredit Leasing in Hungary including office, logistics and residential properties. In this 2 year CE LAND built up brand-new reporting system according to property business standards, dealt with every day leasingsales activities and solving legal/technical issues.
