For a client in the mining industry, Teledyne Cable Solutions designed a custom heavy wall polyurethane harness assembly with custom molded penetrations to replace an off-the-shelf Liquid Tight conduit-based accessory harness on a haul truck. The service interval increased from 6 months to 18 months, which lowered the client s operating costs significantly and reduced overall equipment downtime.
