2 The Wetaskiwin District & Chamber of Commerce announces that the 2015 pring howcase and will be held April10-12, The 2014 show had a new look and feel, and people were excited to see all the new things taking place at the show. With 50 + vendors participating and 1100 people through the doors, we received overwhelming positive comments from the vendors and the visitors were impressed. It is definitely a step up and this year promises to be even better! Returns again this Year The biggest hit of the 2014 pring howcase was with seven restaurants participating. They were all ecstatic with the success of the event and the awareness it created for their place of business. The public reaction was so positive, we hope that other restaurants will want to participate and help continue to grow as a major part of the show. n behalf of the 2015 pring howcase &, we look forward to you as an exhibitor and your participation. 3 What s Happening for 2015 Partnerships Being a partner of the 2015 pring howcase & will broadening your competitive edge by improving your business image, prestige and credibility by supporting this event to grow it bigger and better. There are four levels of partnership. The benefits of this program are extensive and will make your business and products standout from the rest of the exhibitors. ee Partnerships in this package. Wetaskiwin The Wetaskiwin will once again be showcasing restaurants, eateries and catering services. Tickets are sold at $1 each and you as an exhibitor determine the number of tickets required for patrons to taste and experience your fabulous dishes. Exhibitors must use the ticket system that has been implemented. No cash exchange will be permitted between exhibitors and patrons during Wetaskiwin. Exhibitors are also required to complete and submit the pecial Events Temporary Food Establishment Vendor Package and submit with their application. Your Free Listing will include Company Name, Booth # (TBD) and Contact Information Advertising - how Guide Enhance yourself as an Exhibitor and drive traffic to your booth with a ¼ page colour ad! The how Guide will be inserted in the Wetaskiwin Times one week prior to the 2015 pring howcase &. ee application to determine the size of ad you require to promote your business. Please Note: Ad artwork must be sent completed. If you wish to use your artwork from last year, please note this. Deadline to submit your artwork to the Wetaskiwin Times is March 10, No exceptions will be made. The Wetaskiwin Times will set the ad and send out proofs to you for approval.

4 Exhibitor Awards & Prizes Build the best booth! The Chamber will select 2 booths for the best exhibitors for their work and effort! They will receive 50% off their 2016 booth rental. Hours of peration The 2015 pring howcase & is open for set up the following times: Drill Hall Friday, April 10, :00 pm 8:00 pm aturday, April 11, :00 am 9:30 am Arenas Friday, April 10, :00 pm 8:00 pm aturday, April 11, :00 am 9:30 am The Trade how is open to the public as follows: aturday, April 11, :00 am 5:00 pm unday, April 12, :00 am 4:00 pm Take Down Removal Times 4:00 pm 9:00 pm. All displays, equipment, materials must be removed from the Drill Hall no later than 9:00 pm unday to prepare for the facilities opening on Monday. All Exhibitors should have their booths and exhibits ready to show by 9:00 am aturday Morning to ensure we are able to clear the isles of boxes, garbage, etc. Displays Any items in your display or booth must not obstruct the first 3 feet from the aisle on either side of your booth. Any carpeting or flooring must remain inside the perimeter of your booth. The purpose of this policy is to allow the public to see past a booth to the next booth as they approach. hould you have a booth that cannot comply with this policy, please call the Chamber office at amples & Freebies Food or Candy that is intended to be given away or sold must be approved prior to the show by the Chamber and comply with local health codes. Helium-inflated balloons may be given away to children however they are considered to be a choking hazard and an environmental concern. They may be used as secured decorations for your booth and must be 5 ft. above the ground.

5 Internet and Phone Lines Please note there are no phone lines for debit machines, internet, etc. however there will be wireless internet. Please contact Judi Best at for more information. Parking During the show, no commercial heavy trucks or trailers may remain in the Drill Hall Parking Lot. This parking is reserved for patrons attending the show. Remember patrons attending the trade show are your future sales.

6 2015 pring howcase & Application In consideration of these premises and of the mutual covenants of the parties, pring howcase 2015 (hereinafter referred to as (Management) does hereby demise, let and lease unto the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as the Exhibitor) and the Exhibitor does hereby hire and take from Management exhibition space at Wetaskiwin, AB subject to the terms, conditions and regulations as set out in chedule A upon the following terms and conditions. Cancellation Policy: Upon cancellation of this contract by the Exhibitor (whether or not the space is resold), the Exhibitor will be liable to Management for 50% of total space cost if cancellation is received 15 days before commencement of contract, and 100% of total space cost if cancellation is received one week before. All cancellations must be received in written form. 7 CHEDULE A CNTRACT CNDITIN The Exhibitor agrees: 1. To abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this contract between the Exhibitor and the 2015 pring howcase (Management); 2. To observe and abide by all rules and directives of the Management including those in respect of set-up and take-down procedures and observation of fire regulations, food safety (ie: gas & propane powered vehicles or equipment on display; 3. To permit the officers of the Management or any person authorized by them to enter upon and inspect the licensed area; 4. Not to assign or transfer this contract; 5. To use the space for the purpose and for those products as listed on the Exhibit pace Lease Application. The Exhibitor agrees the allotted space shall not be assigned, shared, subleased in whole or in part except with the written approval of the Management; 6. To have an authorized representative in attendance at the booth during all times when the show is officially opened. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in removal from the show; 7. To store in the booth only those goods or merchandise actually on display or for sale. Nothing shall be done or permitted by the Exhibitor in or about the booth area which shall be or result in a nuisance. The Management reserves the right to limit the generation of noise, smell, dust, smoke, litter, method of operation, creation of safety hazards or any other result which may be objectionable or otherwise a distract from or be out of keeping with the character of the show as a whole. Booths must be maintained in a neat and orderly manner throughout the show. Preparation and or serving of food or beverages of any kind without written permission of the Management is prohibited; 8. At no time to use electrical or other services in the booth which shall exceed the capacity of any transmission equipment so as to constitute a hazard. The Management determination of what constitutes hazards shall be binding upon the Exhibitor; 9. The Exhibitor is responsible for all damage caused by the Exhibitor to the facility and to all property owned or leased in connection with the show by Management howsoever such damage is caused. Management will maintain a security liability for loss or damage through any cause, of goods, exhibits or other materials owned, rented or leased by the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor shall indemnify the Management and the 2014 pring howcase and hold them harmless from and against all liability claims, damages or expenses for or arising out of any act or neglect by the Exhibitor, its servants, employees, agents, invitees, licensees in and about the booth. In the event it becomes necessary to restrict any installation or activity or to evict an offending Exhibitor the Management is not liable for any refund of exhibit space rental or any other expenses incurred by the Exhibitor. 10. Good Neighbour Policy. All Exhibitors must limit the height of any free standing displays or display materials within the front 3 feet of the booth (the first 3 feet from the aisle way. Non-compliance may result in expulsion without refund. Any variance to this policy must remain within the Exhibitors plotted space. 11. It is understood by the Exhibitor that Management may not be able to assign the Exhibitor the space requested. In that event, Management shall notify the Exhibitor of the available space. In the event that more than one Exhibitor applies for the same exhibit space(s) that space will normally be awarded to the first Exhibitor forwarding the required payment on said space. Management reserves unto itself sole and absolute discretion to award and allocate exhibit space.

Recognized as Platinum Partner on the Chamber ocial Media Campaign on Facebook & Twitter. 4. ne year free advertising on top banner position on the Chamber website homepage. 5. Partner will receive the back page of the how Guide distributed through the Wetaskiwin Times and at the show entrance. (artwork to be supplied) 6. Partner will receive mention in all radio spots (68 spots on CAM-FM and 66 spots on CFCW) as the Platinum Partner of the show. 7. Partner will receive recognition on Chamber website as the Platinum Partner (artwork to be supplied) with a link to their website on top position banner. 8. Partner s logo will appear on all signage and advertising as Platinum Partner. 9. Partner may include promotional materials in goody bags. GLD LEVEL Participation is $ Listed as Gold Partner and Prime Booth pace 2. Partner will receive ½ page ad in full color on the inside cover of the how Guide distributed through the Wetaskiwin Times and at the show entrance. (artwork to be supplied) 3. Partner will receive mention in 45 (25 spots on Cam-RM and 23 on CFCW) radio spots. 4. Partner will receive recognition on Chamber website as a Gold Partner with a link to their website upper side banner position. 5. Partner s logo will appear on signage and in the how Guide a Gold Partner 6. Partners may include promotional materials in Goody bags to be handed out at entrance to the show. ILVER LEVEL Participation is $ Listed as ilver Partner and half the cost of a regular booth. 2. Partners will receive a ¼ page ad in full color in the how Guide distributed through the Wetaskiwin Times and at the show entrance. 3. Partners will receive recognition on Chamber website as a ilver Partner with a link to their website in bottom side position 4.
