10 T-24 Application Deadlines Customized Project applications submitted prior to June 1 will be evaluated relative to the current code; custom applications submitted on or after June 1 will be evaluated relative to the new code. Sales message: The impact of Title 24 on custom projects is complicated. To ensure the savings/eligibility of your project is not affected, submit applications for all sales leads by June 1. Custom retrofit projects using pre-july code baselines can install after July 1, but PG&E may request proof of a valid permit under the pre-july code before approving payment. If the customer cannot produce proof of a valid pre-july permit, PG&E will revise the savings/incentive relative to the post-july baseline. Sales message: Emphasize to customers that all custom project permits should be pulled before July 1 in order to guarantee the validity of approved savings/incentive beyond July 1. Deemed Sunsetting or changing deemed measures should be purchased prior to July 1 and applications should be submitted prior to August 1. Sales message: Go all out to sell sunsetting or changing measures (see next slide) in the first half of the year. 10
