All our houses are finished to the highest possible level, designed by leading interior designers, including designer kitchens, well finished bathrooms equipped with high standards of fixtures, fittings and tiling. The product is a modern day development of the SIPS method of construction initiated in the USA in 1928 and extensively used by many advanced nations around the World. Using new materials and advanced technology helped to create an energy efficient home (no less than 7 Star energy rated) with exceptional thermal insulation and sound attenuation characteristics. Our system is neither modular nor transportable. Each and every house is designed by Fred Zuideveld, one of Perth s leading architects, with full flexibility to create a comfortable living space without being restricted by the rigidity and constraints of modules; and taking into consideration the house s position on each lot and its orientation. NicheQ s system is fast to install, 9 weeks ready for occupancy for single storey houses and weeks for two storey ones. All type of finishes and colours are available to suit individual tastes. The system is designed to withstand cyclonic conditions up to Region D. Higher energy ratings result in lower ongoing costs. The system uses insulated panels for both internal and external walls and ceilings. Roofing is Colorbond or tiles on steel or timber trusses. 3

3 - Product Overview The Walls NicheQ panels are a high density fully integrated insulated structural panel (one of the thickest in core is protected by two 8mm high impact skins of high-strength, non combustible and 100% water resistant Calcium Silicate board. The high density fire resistant closed cell Polyurethane grade used, gives exceptional mechanical properties, prevents mold creation and provides excellent termite resistance. The thickness of the external walls allows sufficient depth for windows reveals and sills which make the house more aesthetically pleasing and normal looking. The high ceilings (over 2600mm) give an added feeling of comfort and normality to our houses. The house is finished in a high Polymer textured paint render with an endless selection of colours that can be chosen to reflect the surrounding natural environment. Floors Ground and all subsequent floor slabs are in concrete. On average we only require 8-9 weeks ready for occupancy for single storey homes & weeks for double storey homes. Energy Efficient NicheQ homes have been extensively tested and are proven to be more energy efficient than brick, timber or steel frame alternatives. Depending on the design, NicheQ can achieve up to 8 star energy ratings. Insulation Anticon insulation is provided under the roof to reduce radiated heat and insulation to the ceiling s is provided by the insulated ceiling panels. Windows Windows are made of commercial grade Aluminum mounted on an Aluminum weather tight sub frame. Versatility Lights and ceiling fans can be located at any point on ceilings as they are not restricted to being at a structural member or having to be between joists. Multiple Roofing Options Roof can be pitched, skillion or curved. Eaves can protrude as required (up to 900mm). Ceilings The integrated insulated panels with metal skins provide a high level of both thermal and acoustic insulation as well as better structural integrity. 4 Product Overview Termite Protection Slabs are termite treated and panels are installed on an anti termite tape along the perimeters. The hybrid polyurethane panel material is also termite resistant. Lending & Security NicheQ homes are accepted by banks and financial institutions as security as they are permanent structures as opposed to demountable or modular building options. Advanced in construction technology February of 2013 marked a revolutionary landmark for the company and the entire construction industry with the use of an innovative building method.
