3 - Product Overview The Walls NicheQ panels are a high density fully integrated insulated structural panel (one of the thickest in core is protected by two 8mm high impact skins of high-strength, non combustible and 100% water resistant Calcium Silicate board. The high density fire resistant closed cell Polyurethane grade used, gives exceptional mechanical properties, prevents mold creation and provides excellent termite resistance. The thickness of the external walls allows sufficient depth for windows reveals and sills which make the house more aesthetically pleasing and normal looking. The high ceilings (over 2600mm) give an added feeling of comfort and normality to our houses. The house is finished in a high Polymer textured paint render with an endless selection of colours that can be chosen to reflect the surrounding natural environment. Versatility Lights and ceiling fans can be located at any point on ceilings as they are not restricted to being at a structural member or having to be between joists.
