2 PROLOGIS PARk MOERDIjk Prologis Park Moerdijk, is a modern logistics platform located in the Tradepark of Port of Moerdijk and consists of three state-of-the-art distribution facilities, including office and mezzanine floors with a total space of approximately 56,000 m². Moerdijk DC1 consists of four units which can be leased individually, with a total warehouse area of 21,000 m² with mezzanine and office space. Moerdijk DC2 is one large distribution facility of 14,400 m2 with mezzanine and two main offices. Moerdijk DC3 is also one large distribution facility of 14,600 m2 with mezzanine and office space. All the warehouses have a clear height of approximately 10 meters and offer loading docks with electrically operated doors and levelers and are in compliance with all modern standards.
