2 Murphy Shipping & Commercial Services Azerbaijan was established in Azerbaijan in 1994 by Murphy Shipping & Commercial Services Ltd, a UK-based headquarters of the Murphy Shipping Group, to provide a full range of logistics services, including, but not limited to, Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Warehousing and Distribution services. Murphy Shipping & Commercial Services Azerbaijan is the sole owner of the Garadag Customs Bonded Warehouse (GCBW) a first-class international warehouse facility located in the strategic area of Garadag, and is the only private logistics provider in Azerbaijan that has been granted a bonded warehouse license. The facility is spread over 20,000 square metres of open and 3,800 square metres of enclosed storage space. The warehousing areas are insulated ISO compliant storage facilities that are available for storage of dangerous and hazardous chemicals, as well as fragile and heavy or oversized goods and equipment. The warehouse facilities are manned with our own qualified warehouse management personnel and security. Periodically, this management system is updated using client feedback, as well as with reference to changes in international practice and local legislation. As an ISO Certified organization, all of our equipment meets the standards outlined in current legislation. MSCS s HSE policy ensures that our Environmental Quality Assurance System as regards Operations is fully compliant with local and international requirements and is subject to continuous improvements in line with those requirements. The Personal Health and Safety of each employee is of primary importance and, to the greatest degree possible, management provides all mechanical and physical facilities to promote personal health and safety in keeping with the highest standards. Our personnel receive regular training and their safety performance is constantly monitored to ensure that risk assessment procedures are conducted prior to the start of each project. This includes fire evacuation readiness drills and training and safety supervision awareness courses. 3 MSCS s Integrated Management System provides effective supply chain management in the oil and gas industry, where HSE requirements and implementation of Quality Assurance systems are understandably high. Under this management system, MSCS conducts regular induction training sessions, as well as business ethics and qualification improvement courses. For these purposes MSCS has allocated fully-equipped meeting rooms at its Garadag-based office centre. Transport yard and roadways constructed from double reinforced concrete; one-way road system with security checkpoints on entering and exiting the site. 2. Open storage hard standing area: 75m x 59m with 100 % expansion capacity within the existing site. 3. Warehouse A: Closed warehouse: 42m x 24m, fully racked, 6m high with 1065, 1200 x 1200 pallet spaces and open floor storage space. 4. Warehouse B: Closed warehouse: 50m x 24m, fully racked, 8m high with 784, 1200 x 1200 pallet spaces and open-floor storage space. 5. Warehouse C: Closed warehouse: 42m x 24m, fully racked, 8m high with 784, 1200 x 1200 pallet spaces and open-floor storage space. 6. Warehouse D: Closed warehouse: 16m x 34m, fully racked, 6m high with pallet spaces and open-floor storage space. 7. Security Triple level security system, covering 24 x 7 x 365: 1. All doors, entrances and exits are lockable; 2. CCTV and perimeter fence electronic sensor system; 3. SSI security patrol. The entire site is floodlit during hours of darkness. The base is fenced with a m high mesh material. Pipes are concreted into the ground every 2 metres and cameras are installed on top of these pipes, capturing the whole territory. Lighting projectors ensure a constant source of lighting. 220/230 V power switches are available along the whole length of the fenced area. 6

9 The Base Outside Storage Area Adjacent to the Rail Siding Storage of Goods Whenever MSCS is responsible for organising international transportation, we will ensure that proper and safe storage is provided for goods in transit at each hub. MSCS can also act in its capacity as storage agent and arrange storage of the goods in its own, leased or rented premises in Baku. 8

10 Inland Transport Local transportation in the Baku area MSCS provides local transportation services between Baku s port/airport/central station and any logistics base. All road transportation resources used by MSCS are in full compliance with Azeri laws and regulations. MSCS holds valid insurance certificates and policies for all transport resources employed, as do all third party service providers. MSCS updates on destination points one day prior to the delivery of goods. MSCS ensures that all materials are protected with tarpaulin and secured with lashing during transportation from the Baku port/airport/central station. Any police and/or military escort required will be handled by, and is the responsibility of MSCS. MSCS can assist with the handling and lifting/offloading of general cargoes as well as oversized and heavy materials, should this be required. MSCS personnel are equipped with the safety gear necessary for carrying out all of the above operations. 9
