Current New monthly rates Monthly Service Fee $19.95 $19.95 Credit Card Rates Swipe 1.69% Keyed 2.80% Non-Qual 3.99% + $0.07 Swipe* 2.40% Keyed 2.99% CC Transaction Fee $0.29 $0.25 Monthly Minimum $15.00 $0 Frame as special, limited time offer (since it s a test) o Use artificial expiration dates each month (there will be no end date listed on Intuit s website or in-product placements) o These rates are good for the customer s account life-time (subject to change) Use swipe/key language when referring to rates (vs. qual, mid-qual, non-qual) A small subset of customers will see a $0/monthly rate plan as an in-product offer (Swipe: 2.65%, Keyed: 3.45%). 5 June 2014 Reseller Promotions Page 5 True Key and Swipe Rates True key and swipe are available for new QuickBooks Online v14 Payments customers only (for now). What does this mean? For NEW QBO v14 customers who sign up for Payments, on either the $0 or $19.95 plan, the swipe and key rates will truly be those rates, NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF CARD. So, AmEx or rewards cards that get swiped will get the swipe rate - they won't be 'downgraded' or get the higher rate. If the credit card number is keyed (manually entered), it gets the keyed rate. Net effect is that a customer's overall total for transaction fees will likely be lower. More information has been posted to the Resource Center. Payroll Please note that there are no trial periods for the following payroll offers but the discounts run for the life of the subscription. Other Payroll offers are: Intuit Full Service Payroll (for the life of the subscription): $75/mo plus $2/employee or contractor per month Assisted Payroll (for the life of the subscription): $84.15/mo plus $2/employee per payroll (website offering is $99/mo) Assisted Payroll (for the first year only): $79/mo plus $2/employee per payroll (website offering is $99/mo) Basic Payroll: 20% off base price, $20/mo or $200/yr for the life of the subscription plus $2/employee per month Enhanced Payroll: 20% off base price, $28/mo or $280/yr for the life of the subscription plus $2/employee per month QuickBooks Online Resellers will get a $100 bounty for all new QuickBooks Online accounts. Intuit Checks and Supplies Earn 35% commission on QuickBooks printable checks and envelopes. Sell once and enjoy repeat reorders, with every order earning you 35% commission, with no limits. That's an average of $60 on a typical $170 order. CONTEST: Every month the top three Resellers will each earn $1,000 bonuses, with no minimums. Intuit QuickBooks checks have clear value proposition: These checks are made by Intuit specifically for QuickBooks, so they're guaranteed to print properly. They also come with security features not found in cheap substitutes. ProAdvisor Referral Program Resellers receive a $25 referral fee when they refer an accountant to the ProAdvisor program. 6 June 2014 Reseller Promotions Page 6 General Marketing Guidelines Effective January 15, 2014, Resellers are restricted from selling QuickBooks Pro or QuickBooks Mac on Amazon. Resellers may match pricing found through Intuit and big box retailers, but advertising must remain at MAP. Pricing from independent resellers do not qualify for price matching. If you are currently eligible to receive an additional 5% discount on QBES for being QBES certified, you may choose to apply the additional discount to QBES 5-30 User SKUs when they are on a frontpocket promotion. Resellers will receive a reduced commission of 23% of net sale. The additional 5% discount may NOT be advertised, and may NOT be offered in online stores such as Amazon and ebay.
