Applications are due by June 3, Scholarship Information Added April -- HERO Scholarship - Indiana Organ Procurement Organization (IOPO) Foundation announced the HERO (Hoosier Emergency Responder Opportunity) Scholarship program. Two scholarships in the amount of $2,500. each will be awarded for college or post-secondary technical schooling to an Indiana High School grad whose parent or immediate family member is an emergency first responder in the State of Indiana.
