4 The 2015 PACB (Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers) is offering a scholarship to children whose parent is an employee of a member bank for at least the past two years. This $1,000 scholarship is renewable for three additional years if QPA qualifications are maintained. High school seniors must be planning to attend an accredited college, university, or community college on a full time basis.
