3 The Teleskill services Teleskill LMS Teleskill LMS (Learning Management System) is an AICC-SCORM certified e-learning application platform entirely developed, updated and maintained by Teleskill. The platform is in the form of an online portal that can be independently managed by the final client. In addition to traditional basic functions access to the course area, forums, chat, surveys, study file, news, calendar of events, contacts, , media library, tests, study tracking and on-line reports it integrates advanced multimedia videoconferencing functions, which can be accessed from any PC, MAC, TABLET or SMART- PHONE. 4 The Teleskill services Multimedia Production Teleskill produces courses in SCORM 1.2 format that can be published on-line on the Teleskill platform and/or on a third party LMS compatible with the SCORM standard. Each course in the learning programme is composed of one or more multimedia lesson modules, arranged into topics, intermediate selfassessment questionnaires and final self-assessment questionnaires. The individual modules are composed of autonomous SCORM packages and can be freely browsed. During the learning session (if the course is hosted on a SCORM platform) the LMS records the module usage data. When the session is finished, the percentage of progress achieved for the particular module is shown in the user's learning programme. 5 Vertical solutions On-line Mediation Teleskill Mobile (m-learning) 8 9 The dedicated online mediation solution proposed and patented by Teleskill allows civil mediation to be conducted through a virtual room, eliminating the need for the mediator, the two parties and their respective lawyers to be physically present in the same place. The agency providing the service (e.g. the mediating body) assigns a specific web mediation room to a room manager (the mediator ), who is given a dedicated personal management code for the specific mediation. The mediator is permitted to temporarily exclude and re-include one of the two parties (party 1 together with the party 1 lawyer) from the discussion at any time, whenever it is necessary to conduct an independent negotiation. 6 Vertical solutions Sales Academy iwebroom Card The Teleskill Sales Academy platform is a true Sales Training Academy allowing sales personnel to acquire in-depth knowledge of company services/products, sales techniques and highly professional content, through: Training programmes customised and designed according to the needs of the sales network; Specific updating on sales techniques, customer relations, leadership, organisation of activities and team management; Access to live seminars for registered Sales Academy users in single sign-on modality; a large area called the Sales Community (a media library with recordings of tracked Live courses/events, the community of practice, chat, forums, a calendar, events and user profiles). The iwebroom Card project includes the distribution of graphically customised plastic cards with a 12-digit unique access code to allow access to a personal virtual meeting room. Students can choose whether to directly participate in Live lessons online (with the possibility of interaction through questions and questionnaires) or to view the recorded Live lessons, which are made available in the (LMS) Learning Community, at a later time. Assessment and certification At the end of the training programme, the participant is given the assessment questionnaire required by the CME distance learning regulations for the assignment of credits.
