6 Activities carried out State wide Integrated Health Management Information System EoI received from 25 firms Evaluation of EOIs and RFP preparation are in progress Facility Health Report Card Public View; 55 District Hospitals and 12 CMOS reported in District Hospitals and 29 CMOs reported in Personnel Information System Salary disbursement linked with PIS for doctors; Salary disbursement linked with PIS for Para-medical & other staff (parallel run to start from this month) Dashboard Facility and Doctors performance integration

7 Other initiatives/activities Integrated Reporting System Number of forms have been reduced from 70 to 17 IRS July, 2014.xlsx On-line Drug Inventory Control System Computers provided to CMS (Male) Hospitals Letter Tracking System Tracking of letters, alerts for meeting/responses, important letters can be scanned and stored Facility Coding As per MoHFW, GoI; can be used for enumeration and facility resource database
