Learning Objectives Upon completion of this course, you will be able to: Assimilate the current best practices for managing colonoscopy preparations, and anti-coagulants/ anti-platelet agents in the peri-procedure period. Understand the common causes and incorporate the current treatment options for benign and malignant biliary strictures. Reevaluate your approach to the management of chronic pancreatitis pain and idiopathic acute recurrent pancreatitis. Understand the latest approach to optimizing therapy in patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Adopt an updated approach, including appropriate motility assessment for the patient with functional bowel disorders or suspected motility disorders. Understand the newest approach for treating hepatitis C. critically assess our approach to Barrett s esophagus screening and surveillance. Develop an updated approach to the patient with NAFLD, NASH or alcoholic liver disease. Update the approach to screening for HCC in the patient with cirrhosis.
