The organizers cannot provide any financial assistance to cover the delegates traveling or accommodation expenses. Costs & Fees Kosten & Gebühren Booking fees for the symposium are 120 for each delegate. The full booking fee is due at the time of registration and should be paid in full in Euros. The booking fee covers attendance at all sessions, refreshments and the conference banquet. Should you need to cancel your registration please call the Conference Office at , then confirm your cancellation in writing. Any cancellations made before 1 February 2004 will be subject to an administration fee of 35 incl. VAT. We regret that cancellations made after 1 February 2004 are liable to the full conference fee. Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise us in writing of any change of name. 5 Call for Papers The International Symposium Human Resources and Economic Success Contributions from Different Disciplines & Different National Environments February 2004, Paderborn / Germany draws our attention to the interrelatedness and the complexity of a broad array of scholarly perspectives which bear influence on the discipline of managing human resources in an increasingly international context. Therefore, papers from different disciplines and theoretical angles as well as papers using diverse levels of analysis and multiple empirical methods are welcome. In particular, papers addressing the following issues are invited for submission to the symposium: Human resources and economic success Industrial relations in an international comparative context Theoretical underpinnings of the discipline of HRM International comparative human resource management and expatriate management Contemporary issues in human resources and its strategic integration Deadline for submission of full papers is 9 January Papers must be submitted electronically to [email protected]. Acceptance will be decided on within 5 days after reception of submission. Best papers will be reviewed for publication.
