70 The Virtual High Many specialty program students take VHS course(s) to achieve desired scheduling flexibility for electives. HPE and Econ / Finance are popular but other courses can be taken. Offers both rigor and flexibility. Real PWCS instructors maintain daily office hours and teach live lessons. Blended format with in person midterm and final exams. 22 full credit courses. Semester length fall and spring 6 weeks in summer. Summer session: Students work approx. 4-6 hours per day. In HPE hours are divided between online and physical fitness. Drivers education is separate component required for HPE II. Daily Internet access is required. 72 To Be Eligible for Battlefield s IT Program Must live in the Battlefield base attendance area or be chosen from those interested from outside of the attendance zone (lottery) 2.4 GPA (first semester report card) Interest in technology Good behavior and attendance Submit online application by Feb 1 st Acceptance upon the condition that grades, behavior and attendance remain in good standing
73 Lottery Process Students who successfully meet the criteria of the application, and would like to attend the Battlefield IT program but live outside the attendance zone will be chosen at random The number of transfer students will be determined by the number of available slots in each path.

75 Transportation Express transportation will be provided for the transfer students (typically pickup points are middle and elementary schools) Express stops change each year and are not guaranteed. Stops are normally created when there are 6 or more students for a stop
