7 Full and Partial Management Pricing Full Management Setup $175 Onetime setup fee Management - Please inquire Monthly management percentage Advertising $150 Flat monthly fee until property rents Leasing (new lease or renewal) $75 Leasing fee for any renewed or new lease agreement Reserve Account - Optional Partial Management All inclusive fee ranging from 50%-100% of the first full month s rent. Owner has option to continue with full management at a low management rate. Charges will not be incurred until property has rented. Emergency funds (maintenance, vacancy, utilities, etc.) o Hard Costs (mileage and postage) o Maintenance (per job) o Tenant move-in gift
8 Easy Exit Agreement Satisfaction Guaranteed! Service is the heart of our business. Therefore, if Real Estate Management Group cannot offer a viable solution to your concern; REMG will release you from your contract. What sense does it make to lock an unhappy client into a substandard arrangement? Instead of being held to a binding contract, it would be much easier on both parties to allow our client to move on. NOTE: ANY PROPERTY CLOSE-OUT WILL TAKE UP TO 60 DAYS.

10 Maintenance and Cleaning OPTIONAL Real Estate Management Group has an in-house maintenance and cleaning team to help save owners money. However, there are certain jobs we must sub-contract to an outside vendor. Maintenance jobs assigned to an outside vendor usually include electrical, heating and diagnostics, lawn care, snow removal, and plumbing issues. All vendors are licensed and insured. IN-HOUSE (REMG) VENDORS In-house vendors are employed by Real Estate Management Group. All maintenance and cleaning is billed hourly at $35 per hour with a minimum of one hour per job. OUTSIDE VENDORS Outside vendor fees vary, as they are all independent and separately licensed and insured. A 15% administrative fee is added for outside vendor work. The administrative fee covers contractor consultations, scheduling, accounting and vendor payment, work order detailing, audits, and correspondence/follow-up. BIDS Bids are generally collected for jobs of $400 or more. We will collect up to three bids per job. All bids are complimentary if one bid is selected.
