5 In-running Spread betting markets More than 150 selections during in-running betting Even the most uninspiring 0-0 draw can quickly be turned into an edge-of-the-seat thriller with our choice of in-running spread betting markets. For all televised games we offer more than 150 selections including traditional choices such as bookings make-ups and total corners quotes as well as a range of new specials. Now you can enhance your football watching experience even further by betting on outcomes such as the total headed goal minutes in a game or the penalty performance in matches (points are awarded whether penalties are scored, missed or saved). Our new Handicap and Goal Rush markets also give you an alternative take on our Supremacy and Total Goal prices offering more volatility and the potential for bigger winnings. In each case if you think the outcome will be higher than our prediction you can opt to buy. If you feel the make-up will be lower than our forecast you can choose to sell. 6 Fixed odds spreads As well as our spread betting choices, we also have an extensive range of fixed odds spreads to choose from. Our fixed odds spreads offer odds on a variety of match outcomes and we are the ONLY spread firm currently offering first goalscorer prices. How it works For each quote the market will make up at 100 if that outcome occurs or 0 if that outcome does not occur. So for a Spreadex price on Manchester United to beat Chelsea 1-0, the market will make up at 100 if that is the final score or it will make up at 0 for any other result. Our 0 to 100 index relates to the commonly used fractional and decimal forms of fixed odds betting and simply refers to the percentage chance of that outcome occurring. So, for example, buying 1 at 20 would be the equivalent of a 20 fixed odds bet at 4/1 while selling 1 at 10 would be the same as laying a 10 fixed odds bet at 9/1. 11 Other long-term markets The gap between the Premier League and the Football League is growing ever wider, so can any of the three newly promoted Championship sides last the pace this season? Our relegation index offers a quote on which teams will suffer the dreaded drop this term with our spreads for each team based on 50 points being awarded for finishing bottom, 25 for ending second from bottom and 10 for coming in third from bottom. Our Premier League Index works on the same principle but with 60 points awarded to the eventual champions, 40 to the runners-up, 20 to the team finishing third, 10 to the side ending fourth and five to the fifth placed outfit. We also have long-term markets offering quotes for the season make-up for Total Goals, Total Red Cards, Total Converted Penalties and Bonanza. Bonanza is based on Spreadex awarding five points for every Premier League game which ends with six goals being scored, 10 for every seven-goal match, 25 points for eightgoal clashes, 50 for nine-goal encounters and 100 for any fixture which ends up with ten or more goals being scored.
