But first, you want to know how it all works; the terminology we use, how we tally fantasy points, and how we calculate the winnings. So, here s the rulebook Useful definitions In-game point system: The system used by Bet4theBest to award points based on the performance of the chosen team or players. FF : The fantasy football criterion used by Bet4theBest, which outlines the points awarded to players. These rules can be specific to a position or applicable to the entire team. Contests: The various betting options offered by Bet4theBest. Example: Player vs. Player Challenge. Betting Pool: Bets with identical options/variants pooled together in a single pot. Example: Fantasy Derby, 10, Everton to beat Liverpool (in terms of FF scores) Contestant: Any person registered to a Bet4theBest account and participating in any Bet4theBest contest. Player: Any football player officially registered to a team participating in real life matches featured on the Bet4theBest website week-to-week. Example: Raheem Sterling, Man City. GameWeek: The duration of any particular group of games, to be taken into consideration for matches played and bets placed. Example: English Premier League, GameWeek 3 Match: Real life football matches recognised by official leagues, championships and tournaments.

2 Contest Tournaments Our fantasy football tournaments give contestants the chance to pick 11 players in their chosen league and enter into a betting pool. The more contestants in the pool, the higher the potential winnings. If your team has picked up the most points in the pool at the end of the GameWeek, then you walk off with the prize. Select the Challenge option in any contest (Tournament, Week Games, Fantasy Derbies, MVP). 3. Invite your friend Place your bet and invite your friend. Once your Challenge is accepted, full details of your selection become available to both contestants. Until the opposing contestant accepts the bet, it can be cancelled at any point and any stake wagered will be fully refunded. The opposing contestant can accept the challenge for up to the amount proposed in the invitation. Once the invited contestant has accepted the proposed bet, the bet is considered final and cannot be cancelled. If a proposed bet is not accepted before the start of the last match of the GameWeek, the bet will be automatically cancelled and any stake will be fully refunded. In the event that two players have tied, the amounts wagered by contestants are fully refunded without any commission being applied.

6 The choice of opponent is in the discretion of the contestant. Bet4theBest undertakes no risk in relation to the quality, status or value of either contestant. If the captain plays at least one minute, his score shall be doubled. If the captain does not play in the GameWeek, the vice captain s score shall be doubled instead. Watch out - negative scores are doubled as well! Commission and Winnings In consideration of the gaming services provided, Bet4theBest takes a commission calculated as follows: 10% of the total amounts wagered in pre-set contests Tournaments, Fantasy Derbies, Week Games and MVP. 7.5% of the total amounts wagered in Custom Tournament and one-onone Challenge contests. A couple of examples to demonstrate how winnings and commission is calculated are shown below: Example 1 10 x 10 bets for Chelsea to beat Arsenal (in terms of in-game points) 8 x 10 bets for Arsenal to beat Chelsea (in terms of in-game points) So the total pools would be 100 for Chelsea and 80 for Arsenal.

7 If Chelsea achieves a higher FF score than Arsenal, each player who backed Chelsea receives a tenth of the total funds ( 180) minus a 10% commission. Commission x Total pool x Indiv. Stake ratio = Winnings (1-1/10) x ( ) x ( 10/ 100) = (9/10)x( 180)x(1/10) = However, in instances where the winnings equal or fall below one tenth of the initial stake, no commission is taken. Example 2 20 x 5 bets for Man City to beat Norwich (in terms of in-game points) 1 x 5 bet for Norwich to beat Man City (in terms of in-game points) So the total pools would be 100 for Man City and 5 for Norwich. Crucially, the ratio of the pooled totals, 5:100, is lower than the Bet4theBest pool-based commission rate of 1:10. As a result, no commission is deducted from the winnings. If Man City achieves a higher FF score than Norwich, each player who backed Man City receives a twentieth of the total pooled funds ( 105). Total pool x Indiv. 8 FF The following rules are used for determining the in-game points achieved by a player in any given session. Cancellation If a match is postponed before kickoff by the relevant Football Association but is rescheduled for a date within the current GameWeek, it is reinstated into the Bet4theBest system without interruption. If the match is postponed before kickoff and rescheduled for a date following the end of the GameWeek, it is considered cancelled for the current GameWeek and the cancellation rules are applied on the fantasy teams scoring and bets. If the match is postponed, cancelled or interrupted after the 60th minute, the scoring rules will be applied normally according to the stats up to the interruption and it is considered completed. If the postponed, cancelled or interrupted match is played for less than 60 minutes it is considered cancelled and the cancellation rules are applied on the fantasy teams scoring and bets. If a fantasy football team consists of players whose matches are cancelled and the number of these players is less than 6 for an 11-a-side fantasy football team, then each of these players receives the average score of the rest of the team. The fantasy football team and all bet entries made with this team are considered valid. If a fantasy football team consists of players whose matches are cancelled, and the number of these players is 6 or more for an 11-a-side fantasy football team, then the fantasy football team is considered invalid and the following rules apply for each contest: 1. Tournament and MVP contest: Bet entries relating to fantasy football teams or individual players that are invalid are cancelled and the money placed on these entries is refunded to the contestants without any commission applied. The Betting Pool is then reduced accordingly. 2. Week Games and Fantasy Derbies contests: If either fantasy football team in a week game or fantasy derby match is considered invalid, all related bet entries are cancelled and the money placed on these bets is refunded to the contestants without any commission applied.
