Once all items have been scanned and are in the bagging area, the customer can make their payment either using integrated payment modules or use a separated payment system. As the first customer makes their payment, the next customer is able to commence scanning their goods, completely reducing checkout time for all customers. More time for staff = better service for customers The entire checkout process is simplified and attending staff can quickly help customers with interventions or any special assistance to either load shopping onto the belt or pack, without interrupting the scanning process.
