Main business: transportation of dry cargoes in «river-sea» market. Vessels of the company deliver cargoes on «river-sea» markets of Russia, European «short sea» market, as well as to Middle East, Asia and Africa countries. 7 Passenger transportation Shipbuilding Ship repair facilities: LLC «Vodohod» Largest river cruise operator in Russia Company offers cruises from Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Samara, Nizhniy Novgorod and Kazan along the main rivers of the European part of Russia and popular tourist routes. Minor passenger fleet also performs regular passenger transportation in North-Western, Central and Volga federal regions. 8 Division UCL Rail Rail companies OJSC «Freight One» Leading freight railway operator in Russia. Freight One provides freight transportation across the railway network of Russia and on international routes within the 1,520 mm area. Company has 14 branches offering client service covering the railway network in all regions of Russia, subsidiary in Ukraine and joint venture in Finland. HISTORY July 26, 2007 Freight One is created as a subsidiary of OJSC Russian Railways (RZD) under the railway transport restructuring program. December 2011 Independent Transport Company (NTK, a member of UCL Holding) acquires a 75% stake in OJSC «Freight One» from RZD. Freight One becomes the largest private railway freight operator in Europe and the CIS. December 2012 NTK completes acquisition of the remaining 25% stake in OJSC «Freight One» from RZD. In 2012 Independent Transport Company (NTK) and Freight One joined operations. The merger of the two players and transfer of railcar fleet management function from NTK to Freight One brought a synergistic effect, a combination of the largest railcar fleet and the best business practices in the area of operational efficiency and client service. 208 th. units united rolling stock of NTK and Freight One 5 thousand clients 80% clients leading Russian companies of oil and gas, metals, coal production and other industries. 9 OJSC «Independent transportation company» Wagon depot Gryazi OJSC «Independent Transportation Company» provides railway transportation of cargoes in Russia and abroad. The company offers full range of services from development of optimum transportation schemes with minumal costs up to cargo supervision until destination point, forwarding services in rail and sea shippings. UCL Rail division has facility that is jointly managed with Russian Railways - Wagon depot Gryazi, located in Lipetsk region. Depot main business is repair and overhaul of various types of freight railcars (gondola cars, platforms, pellets hoppers, cement hoppers). 10 Logistic services Companies of logistic division of UCL Holding render forwarding services for a wide range of cargoes, including out-of-gauge, heavy-lift and oversized cargoes and arrange handling of these cargoes in sea and river ports of Russia, CIS and European countries. Clients of «Universal Forwarder» are the biggest Russian steel, ore-mining, grain, chemical, development and other companies. Head office of the company is located in Moscow, regional divisions are located in Saint-Petersburg, Ust-Luga, Tuapse and Taganrog. Universal Forwarding Company (UFC) arranges logistic schemes and performs transportation forwarding of export and import cargoes as well as handling of the cargoes in sea ports of Saint-Petersburg, Ust-Luga, Taganrog, Tuapse, Astrakhan, Makhachkala, Novorossiisk, Yuzhniy, Nakhodka and river ports of Tolyatti and Nizhnekamsk. The company also provides charter services at sea and river transport. Head office of UFC is located in Nicosia (Cyprus). The company is the member of the International Association of Forwarders (FIATA) and Association of Forwarders in Republic of Cyprus.
