1 S R A W B E R R Y E X P O R R E P O R he Strawberry Export Report is published annually and reflects trends for total fresh and frozen exports and major export countries. Data is compiled by the U.S. Census Bureau, Foreign rade Statistics division. Hong Kong data is compiled by Hong Kong Government rade Statistics. Japan data is provided by rade Statistics of Japan, Japanese Ministry of Finance. In 2014, California exported million pounds of fresh strawberries and 49.7 million pounds of frozen strawberries, with a combined value of $424 million.
