1 Minutes of the 51st General Assembly ACI Suisse September 26th, 2008 in Zürich (Hotel Marriott) President The president opened the General Assembly and welcomed the foreign guests and participants. He outlined that participation numbers of the General Assembly of the ACI Suisse have constantly increased: 2005: 184 members participated 2006: 224 members participated 2007: 225 members participated 2008: 248 members participated He attributed increased interest to the Board s good work which offers a lot of interesting and instructive education and product events. Not forgetting the good fun events. ACI International One of ACI s main focuses is on education and he was delighted to announce that Christoph Niggli was elected in the Global ACI as the Chairman of the Board of Education. Further, he revealed a new organization structure in the executive committee of ACI International. The new members are: the president, treasurer and 4 representatives of newly built regions (Asia, Africa/Mid East, America and Europe). Europe will have 7 sub regions where Switzerland, Germany and Austria will be together in the German language group. Year end rates The president mentioned that ACI Suisse will publish the year end rates on our homepage, on At the end of his welcome address he thanked Rita Bührer for the organization of this General Assembly.

2 Secretary Otto Amberg could not attend the General Assembly and therefore Rainer Thüer reported on his behalf. 3 Finance Forum Topic: ACI Suisse Mehrwert für Front-To-End FX/MM Prozesse Early 2009 ACI Suisse will together with the SKSF (" Schweizerischen Kommission für Standardisierungsfragen) organize a half day forum about Treasury Operations in early Besides other topics we will focus on the ACI eductions initiatives and certifications. Audit Report / Resolution The auditor proposes the General Assembly to accept the figures and to discharge the finance report and the board. The General Assembly accepted and discharged.
